Clean with comfortable beds. Came for family wedding and stayed here. Management very responsive.

This home is perfectly located for availing oneself of all the great things to do in the SF Bay area. This is a warm and comfortable home to use as a base to explore SF, Sausalito, the Muir Redwood Forest and the gorgeous Marin coastline. The hosts were amazing. We appreciate the hospitality you provided and thank you for sharing this wonderful, warm and peaceful space for our base in exploring the area. We look forward to returning again.

Hard to find; definitely find it in daylight! But a beautiful spot in the trees. Lots of space. Recommend for a group of family or friends.

My daughter was married in Mill Valley this weekend and family from the east coast came. Eight of us stayed in the four double bedrooms and shared all our time in the spacious yet cozy main room. We were minutes to Muir Woods and beach and also wine tasting as well as the wonderful wedding. This location showed our east coast relatives some of the best adventures in California !! Would definitely come to this friendly home again!!!

I can’t say enough about Tara. She is super responsive and acts on any question or request in minutes! The house is so comfortable and the living area is nicely set up for chatting in front of the fireplace. You see trees out every window and the property is very private. There is a tenant downstairs that is very friendly and quiet. And you are only minutes from restaurants and a great supermarket. Hiking is very close and only about 10 minutes from Muir Woods.

My family and I stayed here while I had an elopement. The listing was not very accurate as the home is NOT newly renovated. The microwave didn’t work, one of the toilets only flushed 50% of the time, the gas stoves struggled to light, and the ac did not work. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and there is a tree that has begun to uproot in the driveway that makes it difficult to get up and down safely. There were minimal outlets and the host has multiple appliances plugged into one outlet which was causing them to all not work very well. It is a nice neighborhood but if your group makes any noise whatsoever I wouldn’t suggest staying here. Neighbors made noise complaints for us playing a card game outside at 2pm on a Saturday. We were all in bed by 9pm and somehow still made too much noise so the 10pm-7am quiet hours is a lie they actually expect silence 24/7. None of these would’ve been big issues except the price point is not reflected in the quality of the property.

Great place right near the woods. Clean comfortable home. Easy drive into Mill Valley downtown or into SF. Would definitely recommend.

Came here with our adult children. Magical hideaway perfect for our taste, quiet, unassuming charm, away from hustle bustle areas but within minutes of San Fran Sausalito and other areas. Endless walks, wild turkeys, wild berries and plums. Amazing hosts quickly responding to communication, will definitely come back.

My friends and I were able to relax, make great meals, and catch up with each other in what we came to call our Magic Treehouse. Good beds, interesting books and objects, very peaceful and healthful place. Good fireplace! Well lit by nature in daytime and lamps at night. These hosts have thought of everything we might need. We look forward to gathering here again.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, easy access to highway, stores and restaurants. Single floor was great for our crawling grandson.

My 3 kids and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was great. Really convenient to get to the city and do outdoor things too.

The peace and quiet cannot be beat at this eclectic home. The furniture and beds are comfortable and the kitchen is adequate. If you are looking for a corporate hotel ambience this is NOT the place for you. If you would like to see deer in the yard every day and not hear a freeway outside your bedroom window, this is it.

I loved staying is Tasha and Rob's adorable house. It was comfortable, and clean. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck surrounded by trees, the hanging crystals reflecting rainbows everywhere. I will definitely come back!

Cozy living room with fire in fireplace. Rustic and funky in some ways, but very comfortable. Deck and deck furniture were covered with fallen leaves and dust. Had to sweep it up so we weren’t tracking leaf litter into house. There were 6 adults and a 14 month old.

The property is located in a beautiful area of Marin County. My family and I felt that the photos only tell part of the story. This rental has a lot of potential, should some of the issues we had and shared with the property owner be addressed. The property owner was very friendly and communication was easy.

Great Location and quiet!

We loved the location of this property so our family could enjoy the best parts of the city and the Redwood Forest in just a short drive. The cabin was nice but not what the pictures indicate as to privacy. Parking was also an issue. The cleanliness was average. The owners were easy to communicate with and the check in and check out prices were simple.

Disappointing. The house is quite rustic... it was clean, but everything is OLD. Too much of owner’s belongings and clothing in the house. The photos make this place look so much better than it is. The beds were so hard - quite uncomfortable, so we chose to depart a day early (owner did refund us for one night). The owners were good at communication, but they need to do a lot of work to make this place a decent vacation home.

There were plastic chairs to sit in outside, but they were not clean, leaves and dirt in the seats. The outside feels neglected .
