Mimosa 2 gave our group the space we needed. The house was clean and there was plenty of beds. The communication with the staffs was easy. They were very responsive. Thank you for the wonderful VRBO experience.

Nice view, quiet, peaceful.

Great stay

Upon arrival, we were met with a non-functioning hot tub, an extremely cloudy/dirty pool, and numerous items left by prior guests (e.g., toys, dolls, pacifier, clothes, souvenirs, goggles, trash, etc.). After inquiring about the hot tub, we were asked to trip the circuit breaker. Afterwards, we were still left with a faulty control panel. Several times throughout the week, we were informed that we could not use the pool due to cleanings/maintenance. While the pool clearly needed it (the color is NOT at all as pictured, even after the maintenance), this prevented our use of the pool for several days throughout the trip. The pool should have been prepared and ready for use prior to our arrival. We were unable to use the hot tub and pool (the amenities that largely inform the rental price) for a good portion of our trip (please note, even some of the smaller promised amenities, such as coffee and basic kitchen needs, were not present). The state of the cabin was especially disappointing and concerning in today’s climate when most accommodations have raised their cleaning and safety standards.

We stayed here in between selling and closing on our home. It was the perfect spot for our big family. All of the amenities were great! Will stay again in the future.

We all enjoyed our stay at Mimosa 2! The pool and game room was so convenient for the kiddos. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. Highly recommend!

Wonderful communication before, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend Stay Minty properties. I will be adding that to my list of requirements for my next rental! Loved it!

We loved this house by Stay Minty. It was a great space for a group of three families staying in town for a baseball tournament. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We built a nice fire in the firepit outside. The beds were comfy. My only complaint is that we had no ice and we reached out and were told someone would address it, but that didn’t happen. To be fair, I didn’t reach out again. Our trip was so short that we were leaving the next day. Overall would highly recommend this house!

My family and I loved everything about this cabin! From the cleanliness to the decoration. A couple clothing’s we noticed that can be improved on is the beds, some of them were very noisy even with the slightest move. Also, I wished to indoor pool was heated!

We had a fabulous time here with our kids and grandkids. Everything was clean and easy to find! Looking forward to coming back again soon

It was a wonderful stay

House was as represented as listed. We had 12 adults and 2 younger kids. Great space for us all to be together. We enjoyed every area of this house except the fire pit because of mosquitos. My only complaint was that for a house that sleeps this many people, the kitchen should have been better stocked with kitchen towels, a griddle and very large pots and pans. It was a challenge to cook any meal for a group our size.

The cabin was everything we hoped it would be. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out when we wanted and perfect for everyone to get together! Owners were quick to respond with any questions and were very helpful. My only complaint would be that I didn’t book a longer trip.

We enjoyed the cabin! I was worried after reading several people complaining about the beds being hard. We didn’t have 1 complaint and all slept like babies. We had just a few minor things (couple of the showers didn’t drain properly and the door wouldn’t lock back with the code) but they were by no means anything that would stop us from renting it again. We went wanting to see wildlife, particularly bears, and we drove all over the Smokey Mountains with no luck until the last night of our rental. We had a mother and her 2 cubs walking around the back yard of several cabins in the area. My daughter discovered them in our backyard while she was in the hot tub (on the back deck). I would say it was an experience lol. 10/10 would recommend!

While we did not stay at the property and cannot speak to the location, cleanliness, etc, I did want to leave a review because I was extremely unhappy with the way the situation around our stay was handled. There was a large wildfire in the area of this cabin and we were doing our best to stay aware of the situation through the news and emergency services. We called for updates and kept being told that roads around the cabin were accessible and if we chose not to go, there would be no refund. We saw evacuation maps where the location was clearly within the evacuation zone and pointed management to these and kept being told it would be fine and that people had stayed in the home without issue. I expressed that with 5 children in our group and elderly who have difficulty in bad air quality, we were not comfortable with smoke. Our concerns kept being shrugged off. While I can understand the policy for this trip to be nonrefundable, my biggest concern was that it felt safety was not taken seriously. We did not go and forfeited the cost because we could not gauge the situation other than reaching out to Sevier County Emergency Management to confirm this cabin was indeed in the evacuation zone with the wildfire not contained by the time our rental would have started.

The cabin was perfect!! Perfect in size, the fire pit was awesome, a nice grill outside, perfect seating inside and out! Just bring extra towels!

The property manager was prompt and supportive with all needs. The can opener didn’t work and they brought a new one. They answered all questions promptly. I would definitely recommend them and would stay here again. The only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the quality of the supplies and furnishings. Dollar store quality considering the price of rent. The foam mattress was a bit firm for my taste but the blankets and pillows were soft and comfy. But these are minor compared to how much my grandkids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We had an amazing fire in the fire pit, cooked burgers and enjoyed the view. I hope anyone who rents this enjoys it as much as we did

Main floor was spacious and clean. Kitchen supplies (pots and pans) could be updated and more useful for cooking at the cabin. Bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms nice. Door from pool to deck was distorted and would not close easily - alerted management. With construction next door, the fire pit and outdoor area was not cleared and cleaned like the pictures showed. Loved the lot with grass and area to walk around with our dog. Very convenient location.
