Awesome property, nice, clean, warm & comfortable.
Perfect location for the event we were attending at The Globox Arena & everything we needed was right on our doorstep.
We will be back next year.

This place was beautifully presented and met our needs in every way. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean. Can't fault the property at all. Would definitely stay again should the opportunity arise.

Our stay at this property was amazing, close to all amenities, fast food, petrol station, close to the claudlands event center and city centre. This property comfortably caters for 8 people. Thank you for the experience of an amazing stay.

Excellent, neat and tidy house. Had everything we needed. Very central to shops/supermarkets etc. Parking was a bit of a tight squeeze. Overall very good

Worked nearby and booked a group of four in. Enjoyed our stay. Made use of the tea and coffee provided and even a big milk bottle.
House was under minor renovation when we stayed but it made no difference to us really. Still remarkably clean and no one complained about their beds.

Unit was clean very tidy and well stocked with pantry staples. It was surprisingly quiet for being on such a busy street - and offered plenty of nearby food outlets. Only downside was the parking which required creative shuffling.

Great house that had the room we needed, and appreciated the adjustment to check in to accommodate our travel schedule. Excellent proximity to supermarket, eateries, and Hamilton Gardens.

William was a fantastic host, very helpful and kind. House is tidy and beds are comfy. Worked perfectly having supermarket, food places so close.

Good, comfortable and handy
Good for shortish stay for large group - we had 4 couples. Very narrow driveway requires care. Decor reqs some TLC. Previous guest stupidly turned off gas and power (inside a cupboard!) to cooktop, which caused us problems. Eventually fixed by call to landlord.

Great accommodation but poor communication with owner over checkin time. According to website and initial booking info checkin was 3pm. This changed to 4pm when sent address instructions and William never replied to my messages via website questioning this. When contacted directly he then said we could check in at 2pm. However the cleaner was there and didn’t finish until 4:30.

The place was excellent for our needs - very clean, attractively presented, two bathrooms made it easy for all of us (5 adults and 3 children) to shower etc. The WiFi and access to Netflix was also appreciated. The beds were comfortable and had fresh clean linen. The kitchen was well equipped except we would have liked a coffee plunger. I would recommend this venue to anyone.
