VERY DISAPPOINTED No good service was provided. The apartment smelled of rat. Had to deep clean the whole flat due to the foul smell. The windows were kept open throughout our stay. Very unhealthy for my kids. The heating was on throughout, because we couldn’t turn the heating down. No pans in the kitchen, had to buy some from the supermarket. The bed slats are broken, we had to put the mattresses on the floor just in case. My kids are currently sick because they are allergic to animals.

Poor and irresponsible staff. They don’t care about customers needs especially in emergency. They will abandon you to fix the problems with their own facilities without raising a finger.

Was nice quiet apartment with park nearby and 30 min to Disneyland and Val d'Europe. Safe and good stay for family

Kitchenware to be usable (new washing kit), better cleaning (a bit dusty throughout) and managing appliances like washing machine and kettle. Communication through booking.com page wasn't immediate I couldn't take bath at the end. The check-in staff was very nice and kind helpful. Would wish information of visiting shopping places around with access - by walk /bus etc

Spacious, the ability to cook, and wash/dry clothes. We also liked the close proximity to Disneyland - although it is not in walking distance as advertised…4.7 miles away from entrance.

The property was not clean and a 600 euros deposit was required. I was not tracking this until hours before our arrival.
