The condo was as advertised and check in was super simple. Location was great - 20 mins to the airport (MCO), Universal parks and city walk and World Center Marriott. The convention center is only 7 mins away. Having a grocery store (Publix), Dunkin, Subway, liquor store and a few other restaurants right next door and within walking distance was super convenient. There’s also a Chic-fil-a and 7-11 gas station about 4 mins away. Furnishings were nice - sofa isn’t a snuggle in and watch tv piece but was functional. Mattresses were soft but comfortable. Plenty of bath and pool towels - pool towels were in a bedroom closet - would have been great if they were in the main hall closet and a little easier to find. Full size washer and dryer were nice. Complex is nice - pool area is large and offers adult and kids areas including a splash pad area for little ones. The gym is about a 6 min drive away at a sister complex. Our key didn’t provide access but we were let in after speaking with an attendant. Condo is on top floor and tucked away in a corner which was nice. Not too much noise but you could hear folks in the hallway and outside. Daily trash pick up was convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Great property. Close to the conventions center, Grocery store and a few restaurants close by as well. Kitchen was fairly well stocked and for one the knifes were even sharp!

The unit was clean however it was smaller than we thought and it was not new. Perhaps it was newly renovated a few years ago but certainly not as of our stay. Shower in master bedroom is awkward. Washer's spin mode is not functioning properly and the AC needs to have a lower locked setting. LR furniture was uncomfortable. Overall, we made it work but it was definitely not a 10. I think the prior reviews were exaggerated. The amenities on the property were lovely... Overall, I'd give it a 7. But I wouldn't book this unit again.

Loved the accommodations! Very well maintained, my family loved the pool and hot tub! Rooms were perfect for our family vacation.

Great layout. Check-in was a breeze. Property is very nice but starting to show some signs of wear and tear. Convenient to all things Orlando.

We were in Orlando for a family wedding. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The condo complex and grounds were nice and super quiet. We felt safe at all times. Publix was a short walk away. Great location for all of Orlando’s major attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was nice. It was decently clean but could definitely afford a deep clean. The floors were still a little dirty and sticky when we arrived. The location was nice, the pools, playground, and fitness center were all nice. We really enjoyed the heated pool. I felt like the condo itself could have provided a few more amenities (you get 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 paper towel, 1 mini soap, 1 dishwasher detergent cube, etc). We stayed for 4 days and could only run the dishwasher once, and ended up buying more toilet paper, more paper towel and paper plates. It would’ve been nice to have at least 2-3 of those household items. Overall it was a fine condo

This was such a cute and clean condo/resort! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a play to stay in Orlando.

Perfect location, size and price for our needs.

This was a great place for a 4 night 5 day stay for a trip to SeaWorld and Busch Gardens. The condo was great, everyone had their own space and the kitchen had everything we needed. I had a question and the owner responded back almost immediately which was so nice. Great location for all of the amusement parks and a Publix within walking distance. It was a gated community and we felt very safe the whole time.

We had an awesome stay! The condo was clean and near Publix! The unit was very spacious and well stocked. We visited Universal Studios and Disney World. The location of the condo was in good proximity to both parks and many restaurants. We will be back!

My son had a college visit and it was a perfect place to stay for a few days. Way better than a hotel. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Close to Universal City Walk.

The place is clean and beautiful and new as well. perfect 3 bedroom for my family. also super market near the place Manager is fast respond.

Overall the condo was very nice and well decorated. Also very quite and relaxing after long days at the parks! Paulo has done a great job with the upkeep of this unit. We enjoyed our stay and it was very convenient to all attractions. I didn't rate 5 stars because there were some areas that need a little extra TLC. The bathrooms need a little more cleaning attention. There was mold on the shower door frames and inside the shower in both bathrooms that could easily be addressed by using a bleach cleaner. There was hair left on the shower walls, on the bathroom floor, and door. The baseboards in the bathrooms could stand to be cleaned more often to remove dust. There seem to have been an ant issues in the guest bedroom that was addressed prior to our stay, but the dead ants were were not cleaned from the walls around of the vanity. There were plenty of bath and hand towels, but only 1 washcloth in each bathroom. There was a stain on the couch that was very visible that needed to be addressed. Although these matters were minor, I think the cleaning company that has been hired is not providing the owners with the best service. I suggest Paulo check to make certain he is receiving cleaning services that meets his and his guest expectations. I would stay again and if the issues mentioned above are addressed, there will be a 5 star rating.

We had a lovely stay. The rental is close to the Convention Center, and the amusement parks. We had a great visit and would definitely stay again!

Super nice and clean condo for me, my daughter and 3 friends. Very convenient to OCCC! Basic amenities were covered but if you like to cook, you may want to bring mixing bowls, muffin tin and baking sheets. Overall a great place to stay and close to the pool!

In town for a cheer competition. Place was great. Little bugs in several areas but the people staying down the hall said they are everywhere and they didn't bother us cuz they weren't anything near the spiders we see back home! 😃

Nice overall but a couple of things were off. The main bathroom sink on the right is clogged... and drains very slowly making a ugly mess to clean up. The couch was extremely hard, like laying on a wooden box, very uncomfortable. Pool towels very small and thin. Everything else was very good!

Our over all experience was good. We like the accommodations and it was close to the theme parks and in walking distance of a store. There were some broken glassware and dirty frying pans and cookies sheet when we got there but overall, the place was clean. I would have liked more trash bags and soap for the dish washer. I don't think those are things I should have to buy.

Although this trip was just my husband and I, we come to Orlando multiple times a year, and often with our teenage kids. This condo is ideal and will stay on our list of preferred lodging when the kids come along. Plenty of private spaces, but also a great open concept kitchen/dining/living area for meals and family time.
