Very clean! This was beautiful and the space was awesome! We had lots of room and the kitchen was very equipped! We really didn’t even need to bring our own beach towels they had them supplied and plenty of beach chairs! We will definitely go back next year!

Absolutely beautiful condo! The unit is spacious, clean and well stocked. Incredible views and beautiful deck to enjoy it. The building has a working pool and hot tub and is located next to street beach access which is convenient. We loved our time there and would definitely return.

This condo has it all. Owner very attentive to furnishing details. Very clean and comfortable. Amazing balcony and view. Plan to be back soon. The perfect respite!

Pictures do this condo no justice. It is beautiful and the views are amazing. The refrigerator went out before we arrived and they were fast to get it replaced. They went above and beyond to make up for the time without one. Will definitely stay here again!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family! It was easily accessible for our elderly travelers and allowed us amazing ocean views and beach visits. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony on the two warmest days of our stay. The condo was beautiful, spacious and very well equipped with all of the necessities. The beds were super comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

Best vacation that we have ever had! This beautiful condo exceeded our expectations. The furnishings were beautiful, the beds were so very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything that you could imagine needing. The built in grill was broken but the owner had purchased a new portable grill that was great. There is no way to describe the fabulous view from the balcony, as we spent several hours out side for meals and watching the sun rise. Honestly, this was the most beautiful space that we have ever rented.

I loved this condo. Upon entering our new home for the week my girls started going through the place and I could hear squeals and excitement. They too loved the place. It was equipped with absolutely everything you could ever need right down to beach chairs and beach toys for the little ones… as well as boogie boards for the older kids. The master bedroom was beyond beautiful. Plenty of closets to place clothes and keep your empty luggage out of the way. The kitchen has to be my favorite kitchen we’ve ever rented from. My next refrigerator will be the one we had here. About half way through our stay I fell very hard on a painted concrete surface and bruised both wrists and tailbone and re-injured my rotator cuff. The whole issue made the rest of my stay not as great as it could’ve been. I must say though I fell on Wednesday and the building had maintenance painting a grit on the surface so this wouldn’t happen again on Friday. However the condo was very nice and everyone loved it. The surrounding area was very easy to navigate. The beach shops were plenty and the boardwalk was a fun added event.

This condo is perfect! It was large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably, party of 8. It had all of the amenities that you want in a place on the beach. We loved the well stocked kitchen, the availability of beach towels and beach toys and the huge balcony!

This place was amazing! Tons of space, and we were soo impressed with the design to have a beautiful ocean view from every room! Very modern decor & nice furniture. Kitchen had everything you’d need. Spent a lot of time on the porch with comfortable patio furniture. Nicely located to the fitness center and elevators. Pool & beach access was great. You won’t be disappointed in the condo!

We had a fantastic stay, the condo was beautiful and spacious. Just as or better than the pictures represented. We really enjoyed the wrap around porch plenty of room for us all with nice beach view. Nicely equipped in kitchen and plenty of towels and supplies. The storage closet right outside the room was very convenient. Had plenty of beach chairs and wagon for the five of us to take to the beach. Umbrella was broken but we had brought two from home so no big deal. Scott, Enis and Lisa were a pleasure to work with.

Beach wagon to transport all our gear was awesome! Lots of extra supplies in the storage closet means you don’t have to pack laundry and dish soap or run out for toilet paper the first day.. Enjoyed all the amenities like the hot tub, pool, fitness center and sauna. Very secure facility. First time staying in Daytona Beach. Only negative was that the area around the condo building seemed a bit run down. Lots of gutted and abandoned high rise buildings. Daytona does not allow bicycles on sidewalks or provide lanes for bicycles to be ridden in the street. Had a great dinner out at Caribbean Jacks... food was excellent. Our server Alex was great too! Very secure with locks to keep non residents off the property. I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for and this place is no exception.

There are nice beach chairs (plenty for a large family), umbrella, sand toys and tubes (we added some more tubes to the collection that we couldn’t take home). The kitchen is well equipped, plenty of cookware and even a crockpot. Thank you for sharing this beautiful, luxurious beach home with our family.
