Great Location & nice condo!! If the showers weren’t poorly mended with duct tape, I would have zero complaints!

For the money you make off of the property, you can absolutely afford to purchase even the cheapest of shower heads. A hose & duct tape does not count.

We liked the location and the pool and hot tub were nice.

Our shower head was broken in the master bedroom bathroom. We reached out 3 times and nobody showed up to fix it so our shower head would randomly shoot water up and over the curtain and you had to hold it with one hand.. you can see all the tape on there so obviously they knew it was broke. Also the key for the beach should be noted instead of just leaving a key on the counter..

Location is awesome. Pool and beach together provide lots of options. 2 nice bathrooms (for most part) a real plus. Family room and dining room area are really nice. Balcony with beach view also great. Master closet has many beach essentials you can use - chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrella. Shopping carts to use for move in or taking lots or items upstairs are awesome!

Master bed mattress needs to be replaced or have a gel topper added. It’s really uncomfortable as is. My daughter luckily had her college apartment gel topper in her car from move out and it made all the difference. Both shower heads in bathroom need to be replaced - hand held units - both holders are broken and the master handle also has a crack.

The location was lovely. There were so many good restaurants nearby . We had an overall decent time. We enjoyed the pool and having the pool/beach equipment available.

The shower heads and microwave door were broken. One bathroom was not completely clean. Leftover chunks of soap one shower.The beds were uncomfortable. Check in and check out need to be explained better as well as access to the pool and beach. The decor could be updated, removing the mirrors and finish repainting. Need more than one access key.

Balcony and walk to the beach. It's a really great space. I would stay again.

The cleaning fee. All the extra fees actually. King bed was uncomfortable. Broken blind in master bedroom.
