We loved our stay in Cottonwood. We stayed 10 days and enjoyed every minute. The accommodations were clean, well decorated and spacious so all four of us could find some solitude when needed. We really enjoyed our conversations with our hosts and their dogs are adorable, when they visit. Everything we needed for preparing and serving full suppers. Close enough to walk into Old Town, which we did often. I would stay here again in a moment.

The place in Cottonwood was just what we needed for the week in the Sedona+ area: Great jumping off point point for all the area attractions. It was just as listed and came with "instructions." Didn't need to contact the host as everything was in order. The home was clean, attractive and well appointed. Could have spent more time there and will look at coming back.

JoAnna's place was excellent! We were extremely comfortable and not lacking in anything. The shower was amazing but it didn't work at first. However JoAnna showed up within 10 minutes and it was fixed. The location was good. Easy to access Old Cottonwood with their many fine restaurants and wine tasting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

The Farmhouse was a perfect location for our Thanksgiving get away. The large family room and dining room was perfect size to have our pre-Thanksgiving Italian dinner that fit 18! We enjoyed the outside patio’s quaint decor. The style and comfort of the inside was warm and inviting. The beds were so
comfortable and the amenities were fully stocked. I appreciated the coffee, tea, creamers and sugar/sugar substitute. We had all the kitchen supplies needed for our meals for the 3 days. What a great house and great hosts!

Great centralized location with short drives to Sedona and Jerome. We enjoyed staying at the property the backyard space was perfect for relaxing outside. Clean and comfy!

Relaxing Family Fun
We really enjoyed our stay here. Very spacious and clean. Lots of board games for families to enjoy. Great outdoor area for morning coffee or dinner. Hosts were very helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend it.

Amazing!
We only stayed here 2 nights, we are definitely coming back more! This property is very clean, adorable and they have everything you might need! The location is beyond amazing. There is a hike trail "Dead Horse" behind this property. Worth every minute! There's so much to do here. Any store you might need is less then 10 mins away. I love this home and can't wait to be back ♡

This was a great house for girls weekend. Nice beds and linens and very clean. The carriage house is not as comfortable foe sleeping but overall a nice property. No grill or dishwasher so plan accordingly.

Fantastic Place
We stayed in this lovely home this past weekend, it was fantastic! Very spacious, clean and perfectly decorated. It was said a few times that this was by far one of our favorite VRBO’s and there have been plenty. Good location to get to downtown and all the festivities. Will stay again and def recommend!

Home away from home
We can’t say enough about this well appointed, beautifully maintained property. It had everything we needed and more. We hope to return to the Sedona/Cottonwood area soon and when we do, we hope this place is available.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family get away to AZ. There was plenty of space to relax, sit for a nice meal, play games, or just watch tv after a full day of sight seeing in Cottonwood, Sedona, Flagstaff, and Jerome. The Carriage House was ADORABLE! I can't rave enough about this additional space for a family. My teenage kiddos loved this "private" space. :)The patio was perfect especially as the weather warmed up throughout the week. We made good use of that space.I highly recommend this home and location.

Stayed for 2 weeks while enjoying the area and adjacent Sedona. Lots of nice touches to make it comfortable.
