The room was spacious and the hotel was in a good location close to the old town but in a quieter street. The staff were helpful.

The room was quite warm in summer without any air conditioning and it was not possible to open the window for long without insects entering the room.

Basically the hotel is not bad for this price. But this hotel is only for the elderly.

The only thing I would like to pay attention to is the quality of cleaning. in the room near the WC stank of urine, which we only discovered in the evening, since we had not used the bathroom since the check-in and there was no longer a desire to request a room replacement.

Big room, lifts, fan in room, windows could be opened. Good location to old city only...not main train Station coat 10 EU by taxi to get there.

A little far from the main train station but near the old city. No kettle or fridge in room. I think staff were helpful but could be better if they tried to converse with client. Sometimes people travel alone and appreciate a good conversation

I loved how spacious it was and its location. I chose this hotel for its panoramic view at the city, and it did not disappoint:)

Furniture and design reminded me of luxurious Soviet apartments, I'm not a fan of that style:) But it's not a big deal, it was an interesting experience cause it felt a bit like I'm in GDR:)

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. On both occasions the staff was very accommodating to ,locate me on a high floor with a view over the Elbe and the historic Old Town. The rooms are large and comfortable. I did not partake in breakfast during my most recent stay, but, it was very good on my first visit in 2018.

I cannot think of anything in particular that I disliked.

The facility is not very up to date, but very clean. Thanks for that! However I would like to make a piece of advice for the service. The incident happened while check in, I know the reception staff probably as confused as I do at that time. But would it be better if you could offer some advice or some help to your customer? Just standing there talking with you co-works and not communicate with your customer is not a wise choice. Seems like you are just blaming the Booking agent and customer that made a mistake. and when we decided not to pay extra for the breakfast, that smirk showed on the face. A cold welcome I should say. Not very pleasant and make me feel that you do not value your customer.

Restaurant not open despite relaxation of Covid-19 measures. I wish the bathroom had a vent to reduce steam buildup.
