This was a great location for access to Seattle sights. We mostly walked, but also used the transit system. Lots of places to choose for eating. A short walk to Pike's Place Market and a coffee shop next door. The place was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

This was just perfect for our stay before a cruise. We spent a couple of days exploring Seattle, which is a beautiful city. The condo was centrally located, with a great breakfast spot across the street, Midtown Espresso. Top Pot Doughnuts was nextdoor, and we ate at a great Irish Pub, just a few blocks away. I would stay here again at a future visit.

The location was exceptional! It is just about halfway between the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. The variety of eateries within a three-minute walk is also great. The building is older and appears well-maintained and secure. The unit is a garden-level unit. You walk up half a flight of stairs upon entering the building and then down a full flight of stairs to access the unit. This was not an issue for our stay, but good to know. The unit was clean and stocked with all the necessities needed for a wonderful stay. The bed is medium firm and comfortable. The windows are street level and this is in the heart of Seattle; you can hear some street noise. We traveled with a small sound machine and slept well. Without the sound machine, the unit would still have been fully worth it for the location alone. Communication with the host was top-notch. The cleaning requirements upon departure are minimal and easy. I would happily stay in this unit again if my travels bring me back to Seattle.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped and within walking distance to main attractions eg markets and space needle.

Great location for all of downtown activities and walking distance of lots of fun and food! The city sounds were a bit loud but we expected that, didnt really keep us from losing too much sleep! Overall it worked out to be a very convenient spot. Thanks for helping make our weekend a great time!

I had a great stay here! The property is extremely clean and the check in process was so easy! Communication with the owner was always so speedy, leaving me with no concerns. I would recommend staying here!

Perfect size for my wife and I, really only used to sleep and shower in. In the heart of downtown, very convenient to the Light Rail, Monorail, bus lines, Pike's Place and other attractions & food. Keep in mind that you will be in the city so there will be a lot of city noise all day and night and there's a fire station one street over, so if you are looking for a quiet place keep looking. We had sirens going by multiple times every night. Not a problem for us because we knew that going in. Furniture could use updating and the couch had a huge stain on one side. Owner was very responsive but not much could be done about the stain right away. Full kitchen included a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and a combo washer/dryer. All in all a great place to stay if you are interested in seeing the usual tourist spots.

I love Seattle so it's hard to ruin it for me. Although no hot water in our unit was not great. I haven't taken a cold shower since I was in the Army. I truly hope the issue will be resolved for other guests it is a great location.

My wife, daughters, and our french were all attending a show in downtown seattle on tuesday and decided to stay 2 nights. The space was perfect

Location is perfect. However, not very clean. It's disgusting to see hair in bathroom.

This cute condo was very clean, and updated! We loved staying here! The owner was very responsive, and the location is literally walkable to anything you would want to see in the city! I would recommend this condo to anyone! I hope we can come back one day!

great location, good value

The apartment is in a perfect location. We were able to easily take public transit from the aiport to the apartment. No rental car needed for the long weekend. Walked to the major sights like the Space Needle and Pike's Place Market. Walked to/from a concert at Lumen Field. Floors could use a mop and sweep, but the location made it easy to overlook this. Top pot doughnuts next door was perfect for morning coffee/tea and sweets.

Condo is exactly as listed! In close proximity to all Seattle has to offer. Owner was responsive and helpful!

A good, central location to all the big spots in Seattle without being directly in the city center. Easy access to public transit but also walking distance to a lot of the sights. It is street level, so it can be a bit noisy - not a huge issue as we were out and about most of the time. The host is very responsive and helpful.

We stayed four nights in this apartment, which gave us just what we needed. Ease of walking to see multiple attractions, close to public transportation, and a nice place to relax in and reenergize. The host was very prompt and helpful in all communications. Would stay again. Enjoy Seattle!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to the space needle, market, waterfront and ferry. Plenty of restaurants all within walking distance. The street was a little noisy at night but that can’t be controlled. Just wanted to mention since we are from a rural area and hadn’t thought of the noise concern with being right downtown. The condo had everything we needed and was very cozy!

Great spot if you're doing things downtown. Super comfy bed and extra heaters. Nice kitchen. Had problems with the TV but didn't visit to watch anyway. Expect road noise, but that's just part of being downtown. Super responsive host. Would stay again.

Not good. Owner did communicate and refund my remaining 3 nights of a 4 night stay. Am waiting for partial refund of booking fees and cleaning and taxes! No heat. Below 60 when I checked in at 5 pm. Came partially onat 7:10 pm. In morning there was no heat again. Lots of deferred maintenance. Space heaters broken. Lights had burned out bulbs. Plug ins only worked in select places. Peeling paint and unfinished repair in bathroom. Owner said if I left the space heater on making a horrid loud screaming noise it would eventually stop! Obviously for fire hazard reasons I did not do that. Front door glass to building broken out with maintenance sign on door. Couldn’t get dryer to work despite owner looking up directions and sending them to me. Venetian blinds openers were broken or knotted so not usable. ETC!

This was a cute building and apartment. The front door to the building was broken when we arrived, but it was easy to get to the alley for the back entrance. There have been some thoughtful upgrades and the space was well thought out. The kitchen was cute and spacious as well. There are some unfinished areas and a spot where the baseboard was falling off the wall. The cleanliness left something to be desired, with hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. The windowsill in the bathroom was also pretty dirty. Overall, it worked for what we needed, which was just a place to shower and sleep. There doesn’t seem to be a safe area left in Seattle, so just be mindful walking in the area. However, there was a Top Pot donuts right next door, which was great for morning coffee.

The unit is a nice cosy little appartment, located close to everything we needed. The kitchen equipment is kind of sketchy but we ate out for most meals. A tea kettle would have been nice.

A great location to walk downtown Seattle and Pike Place. Great foodie paradise with local eats close by. Apartment building is older and has the usual creaks of an older place, but actual apartment was clean and met our needs. My only wish was that the TV could swivel to be watched from bed, as the sofa bed wasn’t as cozy!

Host was super sweet and always got back to me very quickly! The condo was walking distance to all the things we wanted to do so we didn’t have to spend extra on transportation and there was a cute donut shop right next door!

Nice for a couple. Only suggestion would be noise blocking shades for the bedroom.

Spacious garden apartment within walking distance to Pikes Place Market and the Space Needle. Tiny washer/dryer combo. Excellent coffee and donuts next door.

Our stay in this location was great! The owner was incredibly communicative. Great location that is within walking distance of everything. Has street noise, but it’s within the heart of the city so that’s to be expected. We were able to take the light rail from the Sea-Tac airport to this location (very inexpensive option) and only needed to walk a few blocks so it was perfect! We will absolutely be rebooking when we return!

Good spot to stay at if you want to see/visit Seattle. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Pikes Market, Space Needle, Chihuly Museum, etc. Plenty of places to eat and drink at nearby. Also the Light Rail was close by, so very easy to take it to and from the airport. The only minor drawbacks were that the windows were at street level. So we could hear everything that was going on outside. Also one of the windows didnt lock. There are bars on the windows but the window not locking was a bit of a concern for us. The washer/dryer is a bit noisy and takes a while to dry. However the host let us know this beforehand and we planned washing our clothes accordingly.
