I was visiting with my daughter who goes to CSU. Easy check in and very responsive host. I would stay here again.

This VRBO was very nice and super clean! The rooms were spacious! John was so nice and friendly! Such a perfect VRBO, we booked it several more weekends this fall for CSU football!

From the very beginning after booking, the host, John, was attentive and made our stay personal. The attention to detail within the apartment made it obvious that they want their renters to have a comfortable and special experience. The place was clean from top to bottom, the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and little 'extras' like cold drinks in the fridge and a variety of shampoos/soaps in the shower were a plus!! The location is excellent - very quiet neighborhood, but only minutes from the cool downtown FoCo. There were well-maintained bikes to use and there were trails all around to use them on. We absolutely loved our stay and are already planning our next trip.

What a great rental - the cleanest place we have ever stayed! The living areas are spacious and comfortable, the kitchen has every appliance and supply you would need. The rooms are big and comfortable and have plenty of space to unpack and set your things up. Loved the drying rack in each room - a feature I never knew I was missing but now want! Really they have thought of everything here. John was a caring and attentive host. During the 2 days of snowfall, the walk was shoveled and cared for. He took extra notice of making sure we were safe. With family just under a mile away, the location was perfect for us. Driving to town and stores is very close but also the location is quiet with beautiful views. We will surely be back!

We were pleasantly surprised to find a very clean and well stocked kitchen including milk, sweet rolls, coffee and tea waiting for us. Super quiet and nicely decorated. Host was great and would love to stay here again.

The apartment was a comfortable, roomy and well-equipped "home base" when we visited our CSU student during a hectic Family/Homecoming Weekend -- campus is nearby but we also appreciated it as a quiet getaway close to trails and the great outdoors. We loved the extra perk of having morning coffee on the patio among the flowers, sunshine and fall foliage. John is a warm and communicative host -- thank you for helping us make new happy memories in Fort Collins!

I HIGHLY recommend this home. More amenities then you usually get. Perfect location, easy access from all roads. Great hosts. Large open space but yet warm and cozy! Must stay!

Great place to stay to visit our daughter at Colorado State. Close to campus and the mountains. Very clean, had everything we needed and the owners were incredibly nice.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment was clean, convenient & just as pictured. It had everything we needed. John & his wife were terrific hosts, friendly & responsive. The gardens were beautiful. My husband borrowed a bike to ride downtown. The location was close to everything & in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Ft Collins. Thanks John!

The place was good. It was clean, easy to find. The owner John was helpful and very responsive. The beds were very comfortable. The place was spaceous.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Very roomy inside with a great outdoor area with a view of the mountains. We enjoyed having the grill and bikes. Very accommodating hosts! Loved it all!!

We stayed for three nights after the arrival of a grandson. When we arrived, the hosts were there to greet us. The place was furnished with about everything you might have forgotten at home and then some. The refrigerator was stocked with treats and milk for coffee, and the hosts even had wine available. A very pleasant and easy stay.

The rental was beautiful and John was very kind. The neighborhood was quiet and located around lots of things to see and do. We will absolutely stay here again if the opportunity arises!

John and Lisa are beyond a doubt the most outstanding property hosts I've ever encountered! And I have stayed in quite a few. They provide almost anything you would need! We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from CSU and it was fabulous. Clean, well stocked, organized, great communication, the pastries, cold beer and milk were so great to have waiting for us! Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 26 days, and Hosts easily accommodated our schedule change. The unit has everything needed for a long-term stay. Highly recommend this property.

Communication with the property’s owner was pleasant and seamless. They are extremely thoughtful and have appointed this apartment with many helpful and thoughtful touches. Beautiful flower beds greeted us with a riot of colors as did the vase of fresh cut flowers from the garden inside. Lights were left on for us as we arrived after dark. The apartment is very spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed, a lovely variety of coffee was provided. We were pleasantly surprised with the milk in the fridge, along with 2 beers, 2 chilled mugs and lovely pastries! The location is wonderful, you feel as if you are in the country but it’s just a quick few minutes trip to CSU or the heart of FOCO. The walking/biking trails nearby were a delight to explore, we took in all the beautiful fall colors and crisp fall morning air. All in all a lovely stay, we will be back!

Extremely roomy place with everything that you may need. The hosts even had breakfast sweet rolls and milk in the refrigerator to make the first morning easy. Every kind of coffee pot with variety of coffees provided. Hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. It was so pleasant to enjoy the peaceful evenings while surrounded by many gardens of flowers. I would certainly choose this roomy apartment again. Comfy beds and plenty of linens too. Many cooking appliances available. A peaceful place, yet close to Ft Collin's activities. Thanks!

We attended a wedding outside of LaPorte so the location of the rental was convenient. The rental was very roomy and clean , the kitchen had everything you needed. Plenty of parking spaces. The security light outside was a little too sensitive when sitting on the patio at night it comes on with every move.

There is not one thing about this property or the owners that was not spectacular or top notch. I will definitely be back and I will tell everyone I know about it. I am incredibly blessed God led me to this home.

I've stayed at many VRBOs. All of them completely adequate for my needs. This exceeded them, appointed with high quality towels, linens, dishes, etc. The spacious lower level apartment felt private, with separate access and yet with hosts readily available. John and Lisa were responsive both before and during our stay. Very nicely decorated inside and out. And they left cinnamon rolls and milk! Very thoughtful and appreciated. Would highly recommend for adults traveling to Ft Collins area.

The property owners were extremely accommodating throughout the duration of our stay while still respecting our privacy. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to a friend or stay here again, should we ever find ourselves in Fort Collins again.

This was one of the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. So many neat little touches. Loved having the ice cream in the refrigerator and coffee cake waiting for us. The flowers outside are absolutely gorgeous. The owners could not do enough for us. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet peaceful getaway. Hopefully we will be back again.
