Very nicely appointed and ideal location for walking to town. Staff was responsive and accomodating to all of our questions.
One note- this is a third-floor unit with no elevator.

Condo fit our needs perfectly. There was plenty of kitchen ware to accommodate any food prep you might want to do. Also, plenty of bath towels and toiletries. The only thing that could have been done better was carpet/rug vacuuming, as there was dog hair and sequins in the carpet.

Lots of room; tastefully decorated; beautiful views all around. Loved being so close to the river walk trail as we love to walk, hike and just be outdoors. Plenty of places to hike, enjoy hot springs and of course shopping!

Condo was exactly as described and pictures were accurate. Very close to town. Very clean and well maintained, Property managers were excellent communicating. Beds and linens were nice. The best stocked kitchen i have ever rented so far! Beautiful views out the front windows. Cons. No elevator, Several stairs. Back deck was small. Not enough room for entertaining. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Within walking distance to hiking trails, hot springs, and shops and restaurants, the location was perfect for our girls getaway in Ouray. The view from the condo was outstanding, and it was well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Beautiful condo. Very clean. Lots of kitchen items. No ice maker, but that’s personal preference. Three flights of stairs, but beautiful views! River is in walking distance.

I would come back with my famiy and stay here in a heartbeat. Great location. Beautiful views. Comfortable beds. My children enjoyed the puzzles and games. Something to consider- there are quite a few stairs to ascend to reach the condo. There is not an elevator.

We loved the location, which is a little ay out of town where the noise of Main Street is nonexistent. There is wildlife out the front door and off the back patio. We saw deer, chipmunks, many birds, and - yes- a bear without leaving the condo! We had two units on the same level which was perfect for our big family. We will be renting these again!

We had a great time staying at this property. It was in a really lovely location by the river, and close to town. The home is well stocked with cooking supplies, games, and little extras that made it special. Would definitely stay again.

This is a VERY COZY cottage ( condo). It has an AMAZING view of a beautiful water fall! It nice, quite, and cool! We loved the mountain weather! The kitchen was supplied but needed more towels!! That was NOT a problem, I just reached out and while we were out for exploring, on the door knob had many extra towels waiting for me! I would give this a 5/5 star ⭐️ rating!

The best vacation rental experience we have had to date (2 adults and 2 children). The condo was clean and spacius with everything we needed for our stay. Kids loved having their own rooms. The location is perfect and within walking distance of downtoan Ouray. We walked the 1-mile path around the river at least once a day. Loved it!

We loved our stay here, Ouray is absolutely beautiful. Only complaint would be that the main floor bed is a bit hard but that is subjective. The upstairs bed worked great for us.

This property is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. It's adjacent to the Ouray river trail and a short drive to downtown Ouray! The view from the condo is also unbeatable! We'll definitely be back to stay! Vacation Rental Collective Staff was super responsive and friendly, and the goodies for our dog were a plus!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were very happy to be able to bring our dogs along and loved being right by the river walk. We loved being so close to town yet very quiet area. Loved the mountain views all around. The beds could use an upgrade as they slope to the middle a bit. It would also be great if the road in front of the condo was paved as after some rain everyone's feet were dirty.

This condo was the perfect fit for our family. The beds were very comfortable and we had just enough room to spread out when we weren’t out adventuring.
The host was quick to respond when we had a slight hiccup on the ac units, and it was a non-issue after the nice maintenance staff got it fixed. We tried keeping the windows open, but the amounts of gnats coming in through the screens was really gross. So, we were really thankful for the staff being so quick!
Our kids loved the assortment of games and puzzles.

Great location, views, and amenities
Had a wonderful stay with my wife for her birthday getaway. Ouray is a great town and staying here definitely felt like a luxury. The owners were very welcoming and the check in/check out process was super easy.

This was amazing!
This was our first trip to Ouray and this condo is perfect! We took a dog and they left us a a lil treat for him. Everything in this condo is clean and it’s extremely comfortable!

This place was lovely. Provided all the space needed to not get in each other's hair. We really enjoyed all the amenities. I will say that their pet fee for this place is outrageous, 400+. Not sure how they can justify that.

Spacious rental in beautiful location
This property is well maintained and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. It is in a nice location.
I left belongings at the VRBO and the property manager was EXTREMELY helpful.
