Minden nagyszerű volt. Nagyon nagyon finom reggeli szép környezetben. Segítőkész személyzet. Mindenben rendelkezésre állnak. Nagy parkoló. Lehet kicsit várni kell, de ha volt foglalva tuti talál helyet és nagyon biztonságos parkoló pár lépésre a bejárattól. Tágas, nagy szobák. Minden tetszett. Jó klíma a nagy melegben. Friss tojás, zöldség, gyümölcs reggelinél és frissen facsarható narancslé. Mindenféle pékárú. Nagyon finom volt. És le a kalappal a személyzet előtt, akinek volt, aki füttyögött, mégis illedelmesen és segítőkészen állt a rendelkezésre. A szállás tényleg olyan mint a képeken. Fantasztikus.

Místo je perfektní, s velmi dobrou dostupností k hlavním místům města. Personál je velmi přívětivý, především paní Helena, ochotný poradit, co dalšího z hlavního města vidět. Děkujeme.

Ligging kamer bed rustig mooi uitzicht
Schoonmaaksters begrepen ons niet. Ik vertelde dat ze de kamer schoon konden maken. Een van de dames zei mij dat ze over 5 minuten zouden komen. Niemand meer gezien, de hele dag niet. Toen zelf de handdoeken verwisseld.

The rooms were beautiful and very clean, the staff was very helpful, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was exceptional. I am definitely staying here next time I come to Prague.

Wish we could have stayed longer but we were only in Prague one night. Cute little hotel in a quieter pocket of town. Medium walk (20-30mins) to the old town across the river, or you can catch the tram. Welcome drink on arrival and excellent included breakfast - fresh eggs and plenty to choose from. Giant comfy bed, great aircon and nice shower with plenty of amenities included.

Knowledgeable and pleasant staff. Convenient and quiet location, trams and metro are less than 10 minutes walk. Spacious and well appointed room. The breakfast was good, and there are restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance for dinner.
Clearer information on public transport ticketing eg free or reduced cost tickets for eligible age groups. A public transport map would also be helpful.

The personel at reception were very friendly, we got a welcome drink, they explained the situation with the parking (which can be tricky in city centrum). At breakfast you can press fresh orange juice.
Everything was as we expected or better. The bread quality at breakfast could be better.

Deluxe room with painted ceiling was really nice and a bit special. Staff is very helpful, breakfast good and location great if you plan to visit the castle or other parts of this side of the river.

A really beautiful and delicate hotel. I had a wonderful and spacious room with three windows and a lovely “walk-in” bathroom. The hotel was situated in a quiet area, within a short distance from The Charles Bridge and the castle.

The Women at the check-in and check-out were very helpfull. They helped with finding a parking spot. Because that took some time, we got free drinks and did not have to pay for the parking spot. Very helpfull

staff. michaela welcomed me with a free welcome drink, gave me a short history of the hotel, was professional and enjoying her job. other staff was excellent as well.
location is great, convenient to Publix transportation, in a quiet section of the city. rooms are modern, well situated, well furnished.
for a 5 star hotel, the room would benefit to include a Nespresso machine.

Wonderful hotel, great central location but also very quiet in the rooms - fantastic breakfast with lots of choice, and even prosecco!
