Wonderful stay in this spacious house. Our group (5) felt very comfortable. All amenities were taken care of. Great location, too. We had multiple vehicles, but the driveway was huge and accomodated all. Host was terrific to work with and very responsive. Would definitely rent this property again!!

Its a great house for a multi generational stay. Grandson called it the cozy house. Very clean and responsive host. We loved finding a few surprises.

This location was great for us. Easy to get to from shopping, to eating, movies. Plenty of coffee stands along the way for a quick morning coffee. House was easy for the dogs, yard was great for getting some energy out. Very, very clean and simple home! Everything was shoveled and graveled on arrival from the ton of snow they had received. Looking forward to staying again in the future!!

Beautiful spacious modern home. So many amenities available. Hosts were quick to answer questions, and left easy to follow instructions for everything you need to know about the home. Definitely on our must stay again list. Felt like our home away from home.

Great place- very clean and had everything we needed!

Great place, tastefully decorated! My dogs enjoyed the fenced-in yard and the wooden walkways were especially great considering it's currently "break-up" season (melting snow, mushy/muddy soil) in AK. Being able to access/use the garage was ideal too - we stored our Costco supplies there until it was time to head back home.

I want to start off by saying a big thank you to Josi for opening her beautiful home to us! Josi was on it from the time that I booked with her. The house was a dream to stay in and my sisters loved their rooms. Pretty spacious, very clean, and well decorated. Once again, thank you Josi and can’t wait to recommend your place to others in the future.

Cute place with lots of thoughtful touches. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of linens. Kitchen was well stocked, many pantry items included which were unexpected (oatmeal, baking supplies, variety of spices, canned veggies, coffee and tea). Easy location to everything in Anchorage.

Josi's place is very clean. This is a great compliment because I am picky about cleanliness. The location is in a nice neighborhood, close to Anchorage and five minutes from beautiful, amazing Seward Highway. There is a Carr's grocery store very close by. There were plenty of blankets for us cold southerners. The beds were also comfortable. We appreciated Josi's place being dog friendly and loved the fenced in yard. Communication with Josi was good. We would stay here again. We love love Alaska and Anchorage and will be back!

Very nice home close to where we needed to be all weekend. Only comment is to be careful of the wooden walkway. It gets slick.

The house was really cute, clean and had everything we needed. I had a horrible headache when we arrived off the plane and I was so thankful to find headache medicine at the house!

Stop off location between Seward and Denali for a few days. Nicely updated house. Very clean and nicely setup for 3 couples. Convenient location on south side of Anchorage. We appreciated the free coffee! House only had 5 coffee cups for 6 people, but we adapted easily. Thankfully, the manager had everything in place as she delivered her baby during our stay. She did so well that we didn’t need to contact her husband for anything as they welcomed their baby girl.

This house was everything we could have wanted and needed for our group of 6 sixty somethings. It was clean, cheerful and stocked with anything you may need. Thanks josi!

Josie's place truly felt like home. There were extras galore. The beds were knock-out comfortable. The location was great. We really couldn't ask for better.

Owner was amazing as she had an opening for us & allowed us to check in early the day of our reservation!! Property is an amazing place on the south edge of Anchorage, was super quiet & had all the amenities & more than we needed!! I would highly recommend this property, owners are amazing & responsive.

The home was at the south end of Anchorage which was perfect for us. The property was well kept and clean and we had no difficulty checking in and communicating with the owners

Nice neighborhood, quiet. Good fenced yard for kids to play in. Very clean. Beds were comfy. Towels were fluffy. Lots of comfy blankets, too. Having a washer and dryer was awesome in the winter as the kids' gloves and jackets got wet. Easy check in and out. Thanks Josi!

Everything was clean tidy and fresh!! We all appreciated the coffee machine and the extra supplies in the kitchen and frig that we could draw on during our stay. During the winter, loveLy, snowy views out the big windows, while snuggling into the couches with soft blankets, our 50 year old daughter’s favorite spot.
