Great location. Front desk did not find Owner with a reservation when we arrived but was finally able to find us. Mid week we received a call that we had been scheduled to move, this was news to us. The Wyndam people were able to keep us in the unit.
The unit and area are beautiful. Just a couple hickups.

We got an extremely good rate, great location for our needs. Wish I'd booked it for longer. Only complaint was that the downstairs master suite was cold--heat seemed to be out--but maintenance staff quickly brought a space heater that solved the problem and maintenance/repair staff arrived as we were checking out. We're already renting another unit from this property. Property management is very responsive.

Our stay was brief, They did accommodate us as we could not do stairs…. The unit was very clean, but the bed was very soft and we were right next to a unit being remodeled, it was noisy.

We called security and got no response. We called again and nothing. My wife and I left and stayed at another hotel. Hopefully the resort will reimburse us. They said they would do well see what happens.

We called security and got no response. We called again and nothing. My wife and I left and stayed at another hotel. Hopefully the resort will reimburse us. They said they would do well see what happens.

They had plenty of what we needed to cook our own meals. I ran each morning around the neighborhood which was pleasant and in some low traffic areas. I worked during the day so WiFi connection worked great for VPN. Had a couple of Zoom meetings from the house with no issue. We will stay there again. I didn't use the pool or clubhouses but they looked nice.

Anniversary Weekend
We enjoyed the fresh snow and the crisp air up in the mountains. The concierge was helpful and we enjoyed Bearizona and the Riordan Mansion at their suggestion
