Nothing wrong with house everything was fine.

Charged £60 for cleaning after myself and other work colleagues who were staying there had left the place clean. I was told there was mud on the floor how has that cost £60? Asked host to provide pictures of the "mess" but sent me a picture of towels obviously used and told they had to be thrown away, but as a "gesture of good will" host didn't charge for towels. ***Watch out on deposit anyone booking this accommodation. *** Very disappointing

The price was very good and suited our needs. The house was lovely and clean and the host was friendly and helpful

The lack of parking was the biggest problem also the fact there is only one bathroom for so many guests

The host drove me to the supermarket. She was amazing. It was very clean, excellent kitchen. Location was okay. 5 minutes to the bus stop. 5 stops to the train station.

The stairs were a bit steep. Otherwise was great.

The parking was 7 minutes away from the actual property. We had elderly people with us so this was hugely inconvenient. when we complained to the owner and pointed out that there is a possibility of parking outside the house with a visitor permit in a marked bay she called me “rude and out of order”. She also told me to never book her house again. Additionally, the house is clearly set up for student rental during term time. The furniture was cheap flat-pack, often stained or marked, walls were marked or had peeling paint and there was mould in the shower. There was no plug in the bathroom sink so the men found it hard to shave. The bathroom door didn’t open properly, again difficult for our elderly guests, and the floorboards on the stairs and landing made a huge amount of noise, waking everyone in the house each time someone went to the bathroom in the night.
