Property was as described. Everything worked as it should. The property sits on Pacific Ave which is a main drag and very loud 24/7. The main balcony faces the parking lot and Pacific Ave with abandoned building and what I believe to be a drug house across the street. Sketchy people hanging out at night in plan sight. Cars would drive up blow the horn and someone would come out and give them a package.

Nice property. Large bedrooms. Open layout of the kitchen/LR/DR. Everything was clean and functional. No issues at all, had an enjoyable vacation.

The condo and owners were wonderful. It was very clean, spacious and great location. It’s just a few blocks from the boardwalk and beach (very easy walk). I would stay again.

My family was in town for 3 days attending an AAU basketball tournament at the Conventional center and, this Unit meet all of our expectations (clean, spacious, safe location and walking distance to everything). The owners prompt response time to any concerns is just another bonus.

Property was very clean/ well maintained. Enjoyed looking at the Wildwood/beach decorations which gave the place a homely feel! Only downfall was the 3 flight of steps you need to climb to get to the property. Maybe a hinderance for elderly or peolple with disabilities.

Very clean and well managed condo in a central location close to beach, restaurants and nightlife

Jim was excellent! Very easy to talk to, He talked to me like he has known me forever! The condo was very clean and decorated very nice. The beds were very comfortable also. Very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. I would definitly recomend this property!

My husband and I took our 16 year old son, 3 of his friends, our 15 year old son, our 5 year old son, and my adult sister for a long weekend. Plenty of room for everyone! Very clean, great location, and always quick, respectful responses. Jim is a fantastic host!

Loved the property. Nice, clean and spacious. Didn't like the location. Ugly, depressing and surrounded by low class motels. We spent most of the time in Cape May town which is about 18 min drive and in Wildwood Crest /Diamond beach area which is absolutly beautiful. Diamond beach is just 6 minutes away.
