Very nice condo and beautiful view on the lake. Sorry it wasn’t warmer to do some water sports

We loved this place - AMAZING view and beds were very comfy!

Awesome view! Cannot be beat! Beautiful kitchen appliances and washer and dryer. Bedrooms were nice, beds comfy. Easy check in and out. I had one question and texted the owners, received a fast response and even a phone call right back. The pool was great on the 90° days! We would not hesitate to come back and stay for an extended period of time! Good location to go to many great bars and restaurants too! I think we were there on off peak season time (late September to October 1) so it wasn't busy at the condo either, even though there was a big bass tournament on the lake both weekends.

Home was exactly as described. Perfect location for us to relax and watch the boats go by. Beautiful sunsets from the deck. Pool was nice.

This was a great weekend to enjoy beautiful weather. Loved being on the main channel and watching the boats go by. We did most of our meals in condo. It was stocked with everything we needed. Will stay again!

The property was just as described. The view was amazing. The condo is in a great location for visiting attractions in the surrounding areas. Only small things to update - light above stove was out, light outside front door was out, and grill was not operational. These did not hinder our stay or review of the overall property; however we just wanted to point them out to be fixed. We definitely will recommend this condo and hopefully will return.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view is beautiful and the balcony is so relaxing to sit and read in the rocking chairs. The condo was perfect for our time in the Ozarks. We loved hiking in the two nearby State Parks. The lake is truly incredible. Looking forward to exploring it more next time!

Clean, modern, with beautiful channel view. Hosts were excellent. Absolutely no complaints!

We were looking for a place to spend a relaxing weekend. This condo had everything we needed to do just that! Spent most of the time on the balcony enjoying the fantastic view of the lake! The kitchen was well equipped with all the extras we wanted. The master bed was really comfortable and the televisions worked great! The only complaint we had was the noise from the unit above. At times I thought that they were coming through the ceiling! We were just a short drive from the state park for some great hiking. We enjoyed a meal at Wobbly Boots Barbecue and an Oyster bar on the strip that was really good! But if you’re going for shopping at the outlet mall, forget it! It’s a ghost town! Such a sad deal. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at the Ledges, and look forward to a return visit! Did I mention that the view was awesome?!

Close to everything and great view of the lake

It was just as described. We were woken up at 3:45 am by the smoke detectors blaring. We called the manager and he drove out at 4:20 am to change the batteries in the smoke detectors. Also keep in mind you are on the bottom floor. The guests staying above us were very loud.

We really enjoyed our stay at his property. It was very nice and clean and in a great location.

The condo has amazing lake views. Perfect for family getaway. The kids loved the beach, the turtles, fish, and ducks. Great choice if you’re wanting a main channel view.

Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Restaurants and shopping close by. We enjoyed our mornings on the patio drinking coffee and watching the boats. Was disappointed that the pool wasn’t open even though the weather was warm🙁. Small beach area (doesn’t look like the photos). Over all we enjoyed our stay 🙂

The Condo has a wonderful view and you feel like you are on a cruise ship when you look out the window!! Extremely clean and comfortable would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again great area and close to everything!!!!

This property was an excellent choice for our group stay!!! Love the water view. It took awhile for the condo to warm up. We wish the fireplace would’ve been working. Property manager was excellent to work with and we all said we would absolutely rent this vrbo again!!

As advertised the view was excellent. The owner was very responsive and quick to answer all questions. We had a great weekend and enjoyed the condo.

Beautifully decorated; well-equipped kitchen with anything you would need. Quick access to US54 and Osage Beach shops and restaurants. Comfortable bed in master (didn't use the other bedroom). Property manager Sheila was great to work with to help non-tech adults figure out the cable/streaming combo TV system, even to the point of coming to the condo and walking us through the process. Nice views of the lake for sunrises and sunsets. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

This property is actually as it was described. So clean and very updated! We felt comfortable and at home. We love the Lake and we’re so glad to be there with our family.

The room was clean and comfortable with every we needed. Can’t think of anything they should have done differently to make our stay better.
