The property was perfect for our weekend getaway for a family wedding. The weather was terrible so we didn’t get to enjoy the cute deck! The string lights made it seem so inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed for 3 nights and the house had a great floorplan for us! We loved that you could walk to VH and hear the ferry whistle blow while in the house. The check in process couldn’t have been easier and the house felt very private. Thanks for a shirt but sweet stay!

Loved how close it was to downtown (just a short walk) the deck/shared yard were awesome and the multiple showers were super convenient! Nicholas was on-site (and super friendly, we loved Penelope) if there were any issues, which we didn’t have, I’m sure he would have been quick to take care of them! Had fun admiring the host’s selection of cookbooks! All in all wonderful place to stay!

This home is in a good location. Lovely kitchen with open floor plan and deck area made for a wonderful family gathering! Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Host was responsive with all communication.

We had the most amazing week in MV! The property location is fantastic. The owners were very responsive when we asked about an early check-in. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The only reason to rate this less than perfect is to keep this gem a secret;) Thank you again!

Perfect location just a quick walk away from the shops at Vineyard Haven. Very nice, well decorated, clean house that is comfortable and centrally located to visit the rest of the island.

This was my first time reserving through VRBO. I am so glad I did as my family and I loved our stay! The house was clean and conveniently located to restaurants (Black Dog Tavern is within walking distance) and shops (again within walking distance). I definitely recommend this property to others (happens to be pet friendly too). :)

First time visiting Martha’s Vineyard. 5 of us came for a girls weekend away! And this place was perfect! The house is so nice and located in a good spot! We really enjoyed our stay! We got in pretty early and we contacted the host and he allowed us to check in early! I’d certainly come back to this house!

Our stay at the property was perfect. The property managers were very responsive to our needs whenever I had questions or needed something. The house is adorable and comes fully equipped with everything that you need. I would highly recommend staying at the property.

Our first time traveling to Martha's Vineyard was wonderful! The house on Walker Way was modern, clean, and in a very nice neighborhood. It often felt like we were in our own comfortable home. The owners provided us with everything we could need, and were easy to communicate with at all times. The neighbors and house managers were friendly and made us feel like we belonged. Remember to book early, so that you can bring your car. The ferry books fast!

First time ever using VRBO. Haven't traveled in almost 3 years. Was looking for something close to home but 'away' for myself and daughter and her friend. Place was spotless. Owners quick to respond to questions. Had absolutely no issues with this property whatsoever. Owners have a small apartment in the basement but you would never even know they are there. Good location to Vineyard Haven. Easy walk to downtown. Quiet, comfortable. Highly recommend.

The outdoor shower was super handy. Open floor concept, lots of windows for a bright atmosphere, shades for privacy. The decor is simple and comfortable with subtle touches like exotic house plants and books. Beautiful kitchen with modern appliances, plenty of counter space. It has extra amenities that were unexpected like toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, linens, hangers and cleaning supplies. Not to mention all the cooking necessities of pots, pans, silverware, etc. Private outside deck area with grill, super cozy. The entire home is super clean!

The rental process was easy. When arrived the property was ready. We found it charming. The managers were available but unintrusive. The location is perfect, just 3 minutes from ferry.

The house is tucked back behind others and there were live turkeys nearby, who must be used to cars and they moved out of the way! You could walk Into Vineyard Haven, but we were just before peak season and we’re able to drive and park. The house was comfortable and clean with a lovely kitchen. Would stay here again!

Fabulous stay at a great property. Loved the dappled sun coming in the LR each morning. Photos don’t do the home justice. Absolutely perfect location close to Vineyard Haven ! We biked everywhere. Everything was as described and well appointed. Owner was very responsive and no issue with owner staying downstairs. . Super dog friendly! The only room for improvement might be to add a lounge chair on the patio and to be able to open the MBR window. Also to note, it’s off the beaten path but you can still hear the cars on the street from the property. It wasn’t too bothersome. We will definitely be back. Thank you Nicholas!

Loved the location and property! On line description accurate. Very clean and the property owner responded quickly to questions. The kitchen could be a stocked a bit better and there were no towels when we arrived but we found them in the dryer. Over all a great experience and I would definitly stay at this property again!

We’ve been coming to the Vineyard for the last five years with the exception of 2020. Every year we rented a different home depending on the size of our group or our finances. This year we decided to go at the last minute so finding this gem of a house it was a dream come true. The description was perfect. We had some concerns about the fact that the caretaker lived on site and had a separate entrance, but we honestly rarely saw or heard anyone and when we needed help ( just once) it was provided instantly- reassuring! We were extremely satisfied and I have recommended this house and will look forward to staying in it again. Unfortunately we had to leave two days early because we had concerns about getting stuck on the Vineyard because of hurricane Henri. The owner was very understanding and made it feel as though he would work with us if we needed to stay but we decided to go. We credit our stay for making summer vacation 2021 a beautiful one!

We had a really great time staying at this home. It was tastefully decorated (so cute!), easy to get to, really well situated in town so we could walk everywhere, had comfortable beds, and had an outdoor shower for sand cleaning. The host was helpful, easy to talk to, and responded very quickly to our questions. The only quibble would be the need for a set of medium bowls to eat from and a set of small plates to complement the bigger plates. And maybe if the place could have a couple beach towels in addition to the regular towels. Honestly, these are tiny nitpicks because the place was beautiful, relaxing, and so easy to get around from. We didn't have a car on the island and had no issues whatever going where we wanted. The bus to Edgartown is literally on the street from where our place was, and Main Street Vineyard Haven is a 5 minute walk. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful time staying here! We were celebrating a birthday and they took the time to hang some decorations I sent and put out fresh flowers! Great size, great location. Only downside is there is less choice of restaurants/bars in Vineyard Haven since it is a dry town. But that didn’t bother us! Loved it here, thank you Nick!
