The house was so clean and the decor was beautiful. It felt just like home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay. We could enjoy coffee sitting out front and then take a nice short walk to the beach. We look forward to staying here again:)

We stayed after Christmas to meet with family and it was perfect for us. Everything was clean and nice and the owner stocked lots of extras to make our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend !!!

The house was very nice and i thought more spacious than the pictures. It included everything we needed. It was in a great part of lavallette. Every meal we were able to walk to. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Patty

I didn’t realize the house sat on a busy, main, road; however inside the house was very quiet. Great access to the beach - one short block. Well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay . Not sure why top sheets aren’t provided plus there were no wash cloths. Easy enough to pack your own.

We needed a home to accommodate 8 family members for our nephew's wedding at Clarks Landing Yacht Club in Point Pleasant and this checked off all the boxes perfectly. Although we did not spend very much time at the house, it provided what we needed, queen beds and ample room to fit us all very comfortably! Neil responded to my questions immediately and was VERY helpful. Lavallette was a great place to stay! Enjoyed a great breakfast at Sand Dollar Pancake House which was just a short walk across the street. Very nice area!

Everything was as described. Livingroom was a great gathering place for 'rest' time. Diningroom was spacious. Kitchen provided every dish, serving dish, cutlery and accessories you could desire! Enough for a LARGE family. The bedrooms were great. My son chose the first floor one for his family of 3 with a 6 year old. We chose the one closest to the upstairs bathroom (we're old). We didn't use the other two but they were very nice... lots of drawer space. Great short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Short ride to the amusement area. Suggestion: Room darkening window treatment (blinds were OK, but we like to sleep later). More towel racks or hangers in the bathrooms. We'll surely be back next year!!!!

The property was perfectly appointed and close to everything! We had three families down the shore for Memorial Day Weekend. Neil was responsive and friendly. Can’t wait to stay again!

Celebrating my son’s birthday weekend with family and this place was perfect. Big home, updated, beach passes(couldn’t use because of cold weather) and bikes. Neil was readily available in communication. Very easy check in and check out.

Reservations, communication and check in were easy and efficient. The house was spacious and very clean. Everything we needed was provided. Our host promptly responded to any questions we had.

Neil and Family were wonderful hosts who went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful weekend. The house was wonderful, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a long weekend at the beach and more!

From FL enjoyed family. Being Italian kitchen was spacious for preparation of holiday meals. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of plates etc. Did not need anything.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Gave us lots of space and close to the beach.

This spacious house was in a great location, close to the beach and walkable to restaurants. The kids loved going to the nearby bakery and ice cream shop. The front porch with large table and umbrella was wonderful for sitting outside. The sofa in the living room and dining room table were both sized well for our group of 7 people. Lavallette has a dedicated bike lane through town and many people took advantage of this (there were 2 bikes in a back room but we were unsure if we were allowed to use them). The busier town of Seaside Heights is only a mile away and has a boardwalk with arcades and rides so you can stay in the quieter Lavallette but still have access to more entertainment. Note: We would have preferred a top sheet on the beds instead of only a comforter on top. Overall highly recommended!

The beach home was just that a great family home only 1 block from the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch deck for morning coffee and family game night around the dining room table or living room. The property is very clean and equipped with all amenities. Would definitely rent again.
