Perhaps we are spoiled by our previous stay at another VRBO, but this listing was not on the same level. It was not clean. We felt the need to wear shoes inside because the floors turned the bottom of our white socks dark gray on day 1. Most bathrooms have orange, slimy mold in the showers by the doors ( not seen until you are already stepped inside the shower - so gross). We found dirty socks in some rooms upon our arrival and numerous items under beds (none were ours) - obvious sign they are not sweeping under the beds nor behind the doors. A couch omitted from the pictures is shredded and peeling. Some of the dining chairs were so rickety that we felt they are collapsing beneath us when we sat back (and my daughter only weighs 125 lbs so it was not due to her weight). The listing has 8 bedrooms with one of them having a full-size bed, but I felt this was misleading since the only access to this "bedroom" was through another bedroom. It felt like a large walk-in closet with a full-sized bed placed in it since it could only be accessed through another bedroom. This was not a very usuable set-up as a separate bedroom for any expectation of privacy. We thought we would use the pull-out sofa as a trade-off for the "loss" of the bedroom but could not find sheets for it. This turned out to be a moot point since it was broken anyways. Like the title says, it wasn't one issue, it was a multitude of little things that makes this less than premier

Great Location! Wonderful place with plenty of space for a big family. Luxury look and feel when entering this house. Definately would like to stay here again.

We really enjoyed ourselves. The house was very clean and big. I went to the pool, it was a nice size pool and was all so clean. Only thing I would say is the downstairs refrigerator had a smell to it but other then that i am tring to book it again.

The space was great. We loved the large tables. There were 7 of us and we could gather at the table to eat, remember good times, and laugh. We are in our 70's and have know each other since grade school so we have many memories. We have an annual trip to this area and would consider staying her again because the location was great.

Our family rented this gem for a family get together. The house was clean and very spacious for everyone. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need and room for everyone. Would recommend and will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house had plenty of room for the 13 of us to spread out and was well equipped. The whole fam loved the pool table converted to ping pong. Fun family competitions! :) The big pool was nice with the zero entry walk in, but we were disappointed that the 2nd pool was not filled/not working as that would have been much closer for us. The location of the house was great for Silver Dollar City and the strip too! Overall, it was a wonderful time with family and we would recommend it!

The house is set up so nice. There were 17 of us and we could all fit in the kitchen to eat, it was open to the family room. Kids had room to play. Bathrooms and rooms were nice. I would go back again in a heart beat. Very pleased with everything about the house!

The house was great! All of my wifes family stayed there for Christmas and my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary with all 18 of us. With the bar and two tables there was more than enough room for eating and playing games! There was plenty of beds and bedrooms that allowed for us to put the younger kids to bed in a quite place while everyone else stayed up and hung out. We will try to stay there again if we can find the time to all go back to Branson together.

We celebrated Christmas here. It was great.

This property was perfect for a multi-family holiday gathering. Everything was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Each family had plenty of room to spread out. The common areas were perfect for watching tv, playing games and cooking together. Location was perfect and allowed easy access to Silver Dollar City and other local attractions.

Little Old Property some room Does not have light or plug

The house is very nice and the location is awesome! Boat dock is great and overall the house is nice! We had an issue with a drain and Tyler got it fixed the next day. Having 2 fridges was a bonus for the volume of food needed for a large extended family, but the one in the kitchen doesn't stay cold - it was intermittent and not because of a grocery run. We just kept things that would spoil in the downstairs fridge.

It rained lots while we were visiting and the home was large enough to accommodate us all being there and had entertainment for staying in. Kids enjoyed ping pong. Well kept clean home.

Plenty of room for 4 couples, 2 singles and 2 children! Only negative is the seating area could be bigger, but not to bad at all. I would add a couple of chairs that can be moved around and some end tables for coffee. Beds and bathrooms were great!

Everybody had there own room and bathroom making getting ready very easy. Wonderful access to SDC avoiding traffic.

The house and all of the amenities were great. They only issue we had was that we couldn't figure out the thermostat. We spent 2 evenings in our jackets until an 18 year old came along and figured it out. Ha! Please leave instructions for older people.

We had a great time celebrating my mom's 80th birthday here! The bedrooms and bathrooms are HUGE and lots of seating space to eat. Tyler was very quick to respond to all my questions. Check in/out was simple. The house was immaculate when we arrived. The location is ok, it is right in the middle of a very steep road which was a little tough with elderly and young ones. A couple of small things...there is a step on the stairs going to 3rd level that is broken and dangerous. I believe it's the 2nd or 3rd from the top. Definitely need more garbage cans all over and more garbage bags, we had to go buy some because that many people make alot of garbage..there were only 2 replacement bags in the house. The only negative thing is that the living room space upstairs is VERY small...only seating for 8 people. There isn't really anything that can be done but we were crowded up there as my elderly parents couldn't go to the basement. Overall, a great house with and a variety bedroom options that worked out great for us! Highly recommend!

Just know that one of the bedrooms(a double bed That may be accounted for) is actually inside of another bedroom, that you must walk through to get to the bathroom. Not a bad thing, but may be a factor in your decision. But it was fantastic! All my guests loved it. Owner was very laid back in the process. I would definitely book it again!
