This place was perfect for my needs. The sunlight poured in from the skylights above, the place was extremely clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and yet this cozy house was located near every convenience that I needed. I also found Jay, the host, to be very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the area. She was great! I hope to stay here again on my next visit to the area.

Clean house. Simple and modest.

Perfect affordable place to stay. The host recommended a deli down the road that had amazing sandwiches in walking distance. They also served amazing breakfast and had great iced coffee.

The cottage was a great size and had nice amenities. Comfortable beds, soft sheets and towels. Would have been nice to have a larger couch to relax on, not enough room for our 3 guests. No TV in one of the bedrooms. The host was extremely responsive but I would prefer a self check in and out process, it is tough to coordinate key pick up when you have a busy/tight schedule. Great value, I would definitely recommend this spot.

This place was right next to where we needed to be.

The property was clean and just what we needed for the four of us to stay together instead of in two hotel rooms, which would have been prohibitively expensive for the weekend. Parking along side the house is tight, so if you have a large vehicle you'll want to use the free street parking. Lots of places to eat in the area. We drove to the train, parked there, and took the train into the city. Jay was very friendly and even met us in person to help answer some of our questions about getting into the city. The neighborhood was quiet. We knew we would be out and about all weekend and not at the house much, and this was the perfect place for us to rest our heads and get ready for the day. We would definitely stay at Jay's place again.

It was a pleasant stay, I wish that there was a better check in process. I would have rather a keyless entry/fob situation instead of having to meet the owner for a physical key, within a time range of 3-8. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Overall, though, it was nice.
