This is a very new development - it is only 2 stories high so not over crowded, it is facing directly on to the ocean.
Really beautiful views, modern clean facilities.
Friendly and helpful hosts.
It is out side the main town - 30 mins walk to Harbour Front where there are many wonderful bars, restaurants and shops.
There is a garage 3 mins walk away that you can use for emergency items.
There is also a small group of bars & restaurants 10 mins walk away where you can enjoy wonderful freshly prepared delicious food.

The apartment was directly facing the sea which was a real bonus and no problems with parking right outside. Our host, Belen, was a lovely lady, very friendly and helpful. We had a 3 week stay and there was fresh bedding each week and very comfortable beds. Kitchen and bathroom/shower were spotless! Good size fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Within the apartments the sound proofing was really good.
Some trivial points, but maybe of some importance to guests! Us English do like a kettle! There is a coffee maker, but we had to boil water in a pan for a cuppa!
Could have done with perhaps a little bit more kitchen equipment for cooking and prepping…we were only a couple so we did just about manage, but 4 people would struggle I think.
The sofa is really only a 2 seater, so if you’re a family of 4+ it would be difficult!
The only other issue is that if you are outside on the terrace, you will hear everyone else’s conversations very clearly…but through noise inside was not a problem!

Very well situated for beach holiday
Earlier access to the apartmen would be helpful.Slight privacy issue with upstairs access.

The hosts were great, super easy contact via WhatsApp / their office, we had an early arrival and they got the room ready as soon as they could and really made us feel welcome. The view was superb looking out at the sea especially from the hot tub too. The apartment was clean with all the essentials and when we did have small asks the team were eager to help - outstanding service!

Only one thing! The door on the fridge opens the wrong way so that one of the ladies injured her hand when she opened the door because there is a bolt in the window where the handle on the fridge is where we got our hands squeezed.
It is easy to change the fasteners in the refrigerator door so that it can be opened towards the kitchen and not towards the window.

The Poeple managing it and owning it, the specification - very high,the view, the little touches on arrival and the owener actually had a discussion about my liking for red wine and bought me a bottle of the wine he liked best. It was peaceful. Sunbathing Terrace was goog
The location was too far from Puerto de Mazarron - you needed a car. It was very Spanish so communication was difficult, however, the Manager, Maria, helped us over this - she was delightful. There was no local supermarket within walking distance. There was no information or tourist mqp in the propertty. Only one toilet roll and Kitchen roll was provided at the start but they have asked for recommendations so I'm sure thus will be improved
