Location is great! Perfect to find and the views were awesome. Fish jump out of the water all day long. Even saw a bird do a nose dive into the water and bring out it's supper :) This place has everything you need. Very close to different places that you may want to venture too. We drove on down to Clearwater Beach on our stay. Tammy is an awesome host! She even had snacks and cold waters for us upon arriving. Reserve it! You won't regret it!

We had a wonderful weekend. Kayaked to the gulf and spent the day in historic Tarpon Springs. Great restaurants with delicious fresh fish nearby.

Great place on the canal. Worked well for our needs while in NEw Port Richey. Clean and easy to get to and access. The fruit and snacks hit the spot after a long day of traveling.

Open floor plan, roomy & clean. GREAT views of the back deck & dock. We saw lots of waterfowl & fish in the adjoining canal. Tammy certainly is a super host! We've rented many times from others, and while some hosts provided a few welcoming gifts, Tammy went above and beyond, even providing coffee, fresh creamer, treats, garbage bags, paper products, fresh fruit...we certainly felt welcomed. She was very prompt to respond to any questions. A really enjoyable stay!

When I was searching for a place the Waterview caught my attention and then I read it was a mobile home which we have never stayed in. We talked with Tammy and felt confident we would enjoy our two weeks It was far above our expectations it’s about 1000 ft.² and you’ll find everything you’ll need they have so many thoughtful touche Great location so close to NPR and tarpon. We loved watching all the birds and for sunsets green key is about 2 miles away. Bait shops close Publix about a mile and a half. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful memories to be made at this sweet location

Location on the waterway is great. Beautiful deck and dock are great places to watch all the birds. Appreciated the owners supplying of "essentials" like bathroom tissue, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap in kitchen and bathrooms. No need to run to store right away for these. Also thank you, Tammy, for the fruit, snacks and coffee that you supplied. House is comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Our weather was a bit dicey for a couple of days but then turned nice. Guess that's February in FL. We enjoyed ourselves.

We stayed for 5 weeks and had a great time. Fishing off the dock was great. Everything was provided as stated in description of property. Many parks and restaurants close by. We would consider staying here again. Tammy is an excellent host. She checked in by message while we were there, and check in was very easy.

This property it was more than I had hoped for! It was absolutely perfect! it was close to everything that we needed, the property itself is stunning!! Peaceful and quiet but close to big cities there is a tiny beach within five minutes! we fished and kayaked off the back pier! Tammy‘s place was comfortable. And Tammy is absolutely amazing!!

This home was beautiful, clean, and equipped with some many activity things to do, a fire pit, a fishing dock, kayaks, fishing poles and so much more! Tammy had this place perfect, and highly recommend with 5 STARS across the board. CANNOT WAIT TO COME BACK! Thank you TAMMY!

I booked this property because it was right on the water and looked so cute. It did not disappoint at all. It is so cute and clean and just a really nice vibe. There is a fire pit and kayaks with a dock. The rooms had big comfy beds and the kitchen had snacks and bottled water. I also had some problems with my booking date and Tammy went out of her way to accommodate us and moving the dates. I highly recommend this property! Thank you for a great stay!

The property was located on the water with a Key West flare. Very clean and well equipped to meet any guest’s expectations. Tammy was a great host who provided great communication. We will definitely look this home on Oruro next visit to New Port Richey.

This property is outstanding.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It was so neat and clear and very very comfortable.. Tammy is amazing.. She provided a large tray of fresh fruit, bottled water and a basket of snacks.. The place truly was absolutely perfect. When traveling to New Port Richey I would not stay anywhere else.. You will love it..Guaranteed!!!

The property was great, but to ensure you can really get your value out of the stay, make it a longer trip! Get off the main highway and venture into downtown. Coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream shops and many boutique bars make for a fabulous experience. Kid friendly Parks with splash pad and riverfront dining are very nice.

We absolutely loved our stay here and felt welcome from the minute we walked in the door. In all the years we've been renting homes for vacationing, never have we been greeted with a basket of snacks on the kitchen counter, fresh cut fruit in the fridge and cold bottles of water. And the cleaning crew does a fantastic job. The place was spotless. And very comfortable. And well-stocked with all the comforts of home...and then some. We were truly amazed at the thoughtfulness. But the main attraction is the spread out back. To walk out the back door and be so close to the beauty of nature was amazing. We spent more time outside than in, having out coffee, meals and evening cocktails outside watching the birds soar and swoop and wade and perch. And the fish jump. At low tide, several times in the morning, I saw stingray fins. But my very favorite moment of our entire stay was on my birthday when, all alone, I saw a manatee swim right by the dock. Thank you, Lord, for that wonderful gift. Tammy, thank you so much for providing this little gem of a house for rental. I regret not being brave enough to launch a kayak. Maybe next time .....

Cute little house on a animal filled canal. We enjoyed watching the birds, sting rays, and fish from the dock. Good location as we were able to drive North to Homossasa springs and enjoy the manatee as well as South to Honey moon island several times. The dogs loved their stay and the beach.

House was fully stocked with necessities including towels, extra blankets, beach chairs, toiletries and really anything else you may find yourself needing while on vacation. The location is a quick drive to the Gulf of Mexico and many other attractions your family might want to partake in. This is my first Experience renting a home for a vacation and can only hope rentals in the future go this smoothly.
