Our stay at FairPlay was the best experience possible. The house was perfect for our family. The grandkids had a marvelous time in the lake and the weather was perfect. Our host was super accommodating and I am certain we will consider returning another time. Thanks Shawn.

Absolutely amazing property with breathtaking sunrises over the lake.
Great layout that allows for a large group to comfortably gather in the “public” areas and privacy and quiet for those individuals who may want to step away for a bit of solitude.
The hosts were great and balanced perfectly the availability of being nearby with not hovering .

What a wonderful home and welcoming hosts and being able to rent the pontoon was an added plus. We loved the calm water where the dock is located, as floating in late afternoon is a joy. Also, the home is wonderfully appointed with many nice seating areas, inside and out. Our family does a lake vacation every year and this is the only review I've ever written, but it deserves highest marks in all categories and a rave review!

This could not have been any better! My husband and I with our 5 daughters and their families had so much personal space as well as a super fun vacation together! The perfect spot on the lake, lots of fun water toys and not one child EVER uttered “I’m bored!” We plan to make this be our family place!!

The house itself is fantastic, plenty of space, well stocked with everything you might need and fantastic Wifi. In addition they have so many kayaks to use and we rented their pontoon boat which also was so convenient and a great boat. But beyond the house and all of the amazing amenities, the owners/hosts are fantastic. They reply very quickly about any question you might have, they are super friendly and amazingly helpful. I cannot say enough great things about them!

We recently booked this property for a family trip and had the best time. The house is absolutely stunning, with plenty of bedrooms to sleep larger groups. The hosts were also so kind and lovely to work with, I would highly recommend the house for anyone looking to stay in the area.

This home was very well cared for, so clean, and cheerily decorated for the Fall season. Everything was ready for us to move in. The common spaces were very spacious. The area was very quiet and we saw lots of meteor showers at night.

This place is everything like the pictures and more. Feels like you have no neighbors at all. Directly on the lake. Easy communication with a responsive host that is very accommodating. I would love to come and stay again as soon as possible.

This was a 4th annual birthday & bestie trip. This property is by far one of the best ones my friends and I have stayed at. We absolutely loved it and renting the boat that was available was a MUST DO!

This was a perfect lake house for our family. It was so spacious and attractive while still being comfortable and homey. Renting the boat was a great decisions. It went out at least twice a day. All the thoughtful details made us feel welcome.

Vacation
We had such a wonderful vacation. There were 10 adults and 5 children. The owner was readily available with any questions we had. The 1 yr old broke an umbrella large pot and he was so understanding and we we quickly resolved the matter . I highly recommend

Great family vacation
I have mixed emotions writing reviews for great properties since I fear they will be unavailable for return trips. But this home and these hosts deserve the praise. Great house for our three generation annual vacation. Plenty of room for us to spread out. Great uncrowned cove for swimming. We have been taking our family vacations for over 10 years and rarely return but hope to return to this property.

Fantastic Fall Weekend
The house was perfect for our reunion weekend with old college friends. Easy drive to Clemson. The property has everything one could need - well appointed kitchen, amazing great room with plenty of seating, great views from the deck, video game, pool table and more. Shawn was super responsive and helpful with our questions and even managed to locate a pair of eyeglasses that one of our party left behind. We would certainly stay here again.

Amazing long weekend!
We were completely thrilled with our stay at Diamond Pointe! The home is beautiful and the lake view was breath taking! You can venture out and enjoy neighboring cities and many wonderful restaurants! (Greenville, Clemson, Anderson and Hartwell are all less than 30 minutes away) or you can relax and enjoy the amenities of this amazing home and never leave the property! We will definitely return and this time bring our boat!

We celebrated my wife's 50th birthday and had several of our closest friends join us. The home is a great place to build memories. My favorite part of the home is the open living/kitchen area. The owners were great in working with me to surprise the birthday girl. Many thanks to them and we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake home. There were 5 families with kids from 2 to 16 years of age. Kids were swimming, kayaking (owners provided that); adults enjoyed the views from the balcony and an easy access to the dock (we brought our boat).
Huge great room with the cathedral ceiling and a gorgeous chandelier was breathtaking!
The property offers plenty privacy, no immediate neighbors.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake home. There were 5 families with kids from 2 to 16 years of age. Kids were swimming, kayaking (owners provided that); adults enjoyed the views from the balcony and an easy access to the dock (we brought our boat).
Huge great room with the cathedral ceiling and a gorgeous chandelier was breathtaking!
