This condo was close to perfection. The kitchen was well equipped with quality cookware, appliances and kitchen tools. Hands down, it was the best kitchen I’ve seen in a vacation rental. All the beds were comfy, as was the seating in the living room. The living room had a sleeper sofa making it not quite as comfortable as the loveseat, but that is to be expected. The beach decor was nice and not too kitschy. I was traveling with my 89 year old mother and was pleased that all the bathrooms had taller height toilets and grab bars in each of the showers. She enjoyed sitting on the balcony to read, listen to the ocean and enjoy the amazing oceanfront view. When we were leaving, my mother said “I would stay here again.” That is a resounding endorsement! Thank you for sharing your vacation home!

Beautiful condo on the beach! Everything was perfect!

The condo area at Folly Beach was a great set up for the location when visiting the beach, downtown Charleston, Yorktown, and Sullivan’s island! Walking distance to many shops and restaurants!

We took our daughters and a friend to Folly Beach for a birthday trip and to visit the College of Charleston. The condo was beautiful and the proximity to Charleston made it perfect! We absolutely loved Charleston and driving into the city once or twice a day was no problem because it was so close. We also loved Folly Beach and this condo is close enough you can walk to everything. Management was also very responsive when needed and great to work with! We will be back!!!!

Everything was just perfect. Very clean. It met or exceeded all of our expectations. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again.

We met one of our favorite couples in Folly Beach, bringing both of our little kids with us (2yo and 10mo). The condo itself is as described—we found the large patio and kitchen table ideal for all of us to hang out and enjoy. The beds were also really comfortable, which is not a guarantee when you stay someplace! Our only complaints are minor and wouldn't prevent us from staying here again. When we arrived, the floors were sopping wet...I had to use a towel to actually dry the floors. The hair dryer in the beachside bedroom was broken, and we didn't have any paper towels.

The property was great and spacious. The view was fantastic and the drive into Charleston was easy.

The property was great for a quick getaway. The condo had all needed amenities, great view of the ocean, and easy to walk to restaurants/bars on Folly. Would stay here again for sure.

Exceptional stay. Although we only traveled with 4 adults and a baby, there was more than enough room for four more people. Great space for families and an amazing view. Would definitely stay again

We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the beach activity & we loved the outdoor furniture! We had easy access to the beach and the elevator was a plus! We booked this trip three months ago easily on the VRBO site. Very smooth, contactless check-in. Beautiful condo and beautiful view. Good vibe. Plenty of balcony seating for the family. Comfortable Down couches in the living room, tv’s in all 3 bedrooms . Walking distance to Folly Beach restaurants and shops. Perfect for all ages and VERY VERY casual if you don’t want to get fancy! Anything goes. Perfect for all meals home or some in , some out. Harris Teeters and Publix very close. We ate at quite a few Folly Beach establishments Including wiki wiki, Taco boy, Rita’s, and Blu hotel to name a few. Lots of action across the street at Loggerheads beach grill- a fun spot with live music outdoors on the weekend. Missed out on the Lost Dog for breakfast but we will be back. Frose (wine slushy) was great at the corner pastry and coffee shop (Scones were amazing also). Mr. John’s saved the day with a skimboard! My husband and son caught a shark on his birthday aboard Write Off the Rip charters with Capt. Will -Inshore 1/2 day charter. We explored downtown Charleston and experienced some cool restaurants such as 5 Church and Leon’s (both totally different). Cool market spot for shopping (flea market style). Charleston is amazing and clean. Lots to see and do. Washer /Dryer in condo a huge bonus! And the beach gear credit is legitimate when you see the offer pop up in your email box. Even if you utilize the full credit without adding extras you only pay $25 for delivery to your door (ready and waiting for your 1st beach day). They pick up as well on the last day). Our minivan days are over so this was very helpful. Most importantly the BEACH! Warm beautiful water. The condo makes it convenient being steps away to the sand and you have the view 24/7 from your room! Bring your own garbage bags down to the beach because they don’t have waste baskets situated on the beach. As for my only “unit” complaint ..the sliding door off the main living room is hard to open. The management office offered to have it looked at but it meant taking the door off- we passed. You also have a sliding door to the balcony in master bedroom ..another bonus. NO A/C issues at all. Renting bikes next time for sure! We loved room 212! Amazing unit, amazing week!! Book now and head for the Folly Beach gold!

Have stayed in similar condos in this building and this was the BEST and we had no complaonts about the others. Great job of decorating and updating. Will tryt o arrange to stay their again next year.
