You should make sure your t.v's are working before your guests arrive . As a previous guest stated a Teflon pan would be appreciated .Atfer 24 hours the t.v were working but we arrive back at the house at dark to found a stranger at the door not knowing how to get lock to house to work my husband had to work on it. Was not the most secure feeling.

Everything was very comfortable, and clean. All new kitchen appliances. Attractive unpretentious decor. I would definitely stay again or recommend.

Property was 3 story no where did it say that my wife can't do steps.master bed was broken down and I had to take it apart and fix it. Shower had slick tile on floor and the door was in backwards making getting in shower difficult. Fridge stinks filter light flashing washing machine stinks terribly. Beach area covered up with people from outside the complex. Sent email asking for call back never got a call from anyone.

I received one communication about the property before checking in. The code for the door was incorrect. It was after hours but I called a couple of numbers and someone did get back to me with the correct code within 15 minutes. The floors, beds, and bathrooms were immaculate. The coffee maker contained mold. I went out and bought a new one which I am supposed to get reimbursed for. A previous review said instructions about the pool and beach were inadequate and I'd agree with that. Overall, it was a good experience, and errors were quickly corrected by nice people. I would stay here again.

It was nice having access to a beach and pool. It was a little bit of a walk. The restaurant’s were nice. Lattitudes Boat Tours was right there and a great sunset cruise. Beach chairs at the condo would have been nice but they were available to rent at the beach.

Lots of Pros: -great location and area -local restaurant (Sunset Grill) has best key lime pie ever!!! -easy to check in -unit was clean, stocked, and well furnished Only one con: The complex a bit confusing to navigate, since many of the streets are not on google maps or labeled. A map would have been helpful. Took us a while to find where the dumpsters were and we never found the pool area.

We stayed almost three weeks. Beautiful and serene views on the mangrove and the canal. A very nice place to call home when away from home. Very well appointed. Very responsive management team: the coffee machine broke down (this type of things happen!) and was replaced the next day by a new one. A great stay overall.

The accomodations is highly recommended for extended stay

Loved the location and community. However, the property needs serious updates. Carpet dirty, smelled musty, as did washer. Cockroach found in downstairs half bath. Range scuffed on cooking surface and back control panel looked like it was cleaned with a brillo pad. Ceiling fans wobbly, master shower door needed to be lifted up to open and close. Would stay again if updates are made.

The only issue that I would suggest is to provide a bathmat for the master bath. It was very slippery so we bought one. Everything else was perfect! You could tell that the owners wanted the renters to have a great experience!

The townhouse was perfect for us. The location was great with things to do there: swim in the pool, fishing from docks and boats, tennis/basketball courts, nice beach area to layout/swim, rent paddle-boards and other water activities or just relax! It is about 8 mins from a Publix, so you can grocery shop. It is in a perfect location to make day trips to Tampa, St Petersburg, Anna Maria Island, etc. The linens/towels were clean and smelled freshly laundered. The property owners were very quick to answer my questions and provide solutions. I do suggest bringing/buying extra garbage bags, laundry detergent and a roll or two of paper towels, if you are staying more than a couple of days. I misjudged what we needed. If we are ever in this area again, we would definitely rent from them again.

We visited family in the Tampa area and wanted our own space. We loved the townhouse - so clean and well stocked with necessities. The grounds are beautiful, the restaurants were good, and the pool was perfect. We will definitely stay here again!

Your place is perfect for our family. Little Harbor has all we needed to stay busy and relax at the same time. We took many memorable photos. The most amazing sunset! The floor needs to be deep clean. My son spilled some water on the floor around the dining table and I when wipe it up the towel were black. Very disappointed how dirty the floors are. But overall it’s a great place! We will come back.

I was a very nice stay. The property was well kept, clean and stocked with the essentials. The Little Harbor area is friendly and relaxed. We will be returning for sure.
