We had a family gathering taking place in Fountain Hills. The property we chose was extremely nice and comfortable. It’s location for our event was great, only a few blocks away. The property was spacious and clean. It had many amenities including 2 fireplaces, lap pool, hot tub, and telescope. We will definite consider renting this property in the future for other travels to the area.

This condo is in pristine condition, and it is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was extremely clean, quiet, and the owners were very accommodating and prompt with any questions. A lot of thought and energy went into making this condo a 5 star rental! Area is beautiful with tons of great restaurants, it is in a beautiful neighborhood for walking or biking, and the view off the patio is gorgeous. Loved everything about this condo and Fountain Hills. We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We spent half of December and all of January here. We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were awesome to deal with, and we can't say enough about how well things went. They asked us several times if there was anything they could do to make our stay more enjoyable. Our answer was always no, because they had already equipped the condo with everything we needed for our stay. The condo is very spacious and well laid out. The well equipped kitchen was large enough for both my wife and I to work in at the same time for meal prep and cooking. There is a large patio out back which allowed plenty of room for lounging on the patio seating and/or eating outside at the patio table....also an outside(as well as one inside)fireplace. The condo includes access to the shared hot tub/pool area...where we used the hot tub pretty much every day. The pool is not heated in the winter months...but the hot tub is heated year round. The neighborhood and adjacent neighbors were quiet...so no problems with noise. We would stay here again in a heartbeat....and in fact have already booked a stay for next winter.

Came out for a hundred mile race, which was great. The condo was perfect: great location, amenities, pool, patio and Mary was awesome. Personalized gift basket! Which we used! Perfect visit. Thank you!

Excellent 1st floor condo. Nicely furnished. Owners easy to deal with. We would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat! Unfortunately it is already booked for next year.
