The unit is awesome and perfectly furnished. Inly 2 small issues from a perfect 10. The main bedroom shower head is very slow and could use a hand held. Second, the BBQ is WAY to far to be practical. But the unit is everything you would want and need!

The floors didn’t seem to be very clean because when walking on them barefooted our feet were very dirty looking. Also for the check in process, it was little confusing because I had an email with one code and a text with a different code. We figured out which code was correct but it was little frustrating at the beginning.

We absolutely loved this place! The location was great and the space in the condo was beautiful. The amenities were top notch and having a starbucks on site made it all the better! We did feel the appliances could have been upgraded but other than that, it was excellent! We would definitely stay here again!

The Majestic staff are super friendly and always cleaning and maintaining the facility. 3rd floor unit is super convenient for arival and departure that is also on 3rd floor. Condo is spacious clean and comfortable. Love the large corner unit balcony. Enjoyed indoor and outdoor pools. Fast elevators get you to lobby and steps to the ocean. Only complaint has nothing to do with the condo but the jet ski and chair rental company takes over 80% of the beach front. You have to claim your space before daybreak, rent their overpriced chairs or set up behind them. Eythelse about the place on was wonderful I would rent again.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was surprisingly larger than we expected. Kids loved the pools and the beach was just a few steps away.

We stayed 7 nights. There was plenty of room for everyone (8 of us) inside and also out on the ocean front balcony.

This condo was perfect for our family, we never really had a wait for elevator as we were on the third floor. Unit was decorated beautifully, and we loved sitting on the large balcony!

Condo is beautifully decorated. We missed two things - having a closet full of beach gear available like in some other condos and a few more “sharables”. Some places we’ve stayed have had extra supplies like detergents, toilet paper, trash bags, zip loc bags, etc and we just replaced when we used the last one. Everything else was great!

1st time in Panama City won’t be the last ,location perfect ,easy in easy out , beach accessible.. staff never stopped cleaning… give an A+ definitely will stay here again

Family time with softball World Series

We enjoyed our stay in Panama City Beach. The location was outstanding. Centrally located to activities, restaurants, and shopping. Located right on the beach! There is the option of beach chair service or setting up your own in designated areas that saves a ton of money. We chose to set up our own canopy and chairs saving us hundreds of dollars. This unit was conveniently located on the third floor. It helped avoid the very busy elevators for the most part. I loved how well the kitchen was stocked, the bedroom with the bunk beds that fit all the kids, the wet bar, a washer and dryer and the fact it has three full bathrooms! Our favorite part is definitely the balcony with enough seating for everyone. It overlooked the beach which made it perfect for drinking our morning coffee and watching the sunset in the evenings. What we didnt love about this unit is the second bedroom with a king bed stays HOT all the time no matter what you do. It also does not have a closet or dressers due to the size so storage was a huge issue. We split the cost with another family and lost a coin toss and ended up this room. Needless to say to spend thousands of dollars for a cramped, hot room we were not thrilled. The appliances in the kitchen need some attention as well. The refrigerator ice and water despinser are inoperable. The dishwasher ran but never cleaned the dishes. Therefore, most of the dishes provided were dirty upon taking them out of the cabinet.

The condo is a good size and layout. No closet or any place to put your belongings in the second bedroom. Could have been cleaner. We found a moldy plate under the coffee table. Dishwasher was broken. Dryer would have to run more than once to get the clothes dry. Balcony door would not lock properly. It was ok.

The condo was close to perfect. Very roomy and nice furnishings. The beds had sand in them so I don't think the bedding was washed after the last guests. The balcony was smaller than the pictures portrayed but still enough room for everyone. Plenty of pools to swim in, excellent location, and of course the gorgeous view of the beach made it well worth the price. We were worried about parking our oversized vehicle but there was a special place in the parking garage for them. We would stay here again.

Check in was easy although if your driving a suburban with a roof rack don’t get caught on the 3rd level. We did scratch up the top of our roof carrier. Parking on ground level is best (found this out after the fact). 3rd floor level was a breeze! Loved the unit, it was perfect for our group. The bunk room was a hit with our girls! The large patio was perfect! Loved everything about this place. I do suggest a new Keurig as it was not functional and a better job cleaning the floors. Our feet 👣 YUCK! It was an easy fix we cleaned them but maybe next time a deep clean would be awesome! Over all everyone had a great time and we will be back soon!

This condo was very nice and had plenty of room. It was just like the pictures. The balcony was our favorite part of the condo. Our children LOVED the space bunk beds. The dishes could’ve been cleaner, but we just washed them before using. Overall, we loved the condo and will try and book this again in the future. The Majestic resort will be our future “go-to.”

Everything was beautiful and clean. My only complaint was the couches which were so soft as to be uncomfortable. We could barely get out of them. I understand its a rental but guests should be comfortable and I would stay here again if they replaced couches or at least the foam cushions. (also your toaster was pretty bad)

We were very happy with the location and size of the condo. At times it was difficult to use amenities. It would be nice to have beach towels available.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on February 1st,2023 and immediately loved the Condo. It is large and very comfortable with everything needed for a great stay. We knew immediately that we wanted it next year. The location is super with many stores close by, and the outdoor furniture is so comfortable with an amazing view of the sunsets. Unfortunately, when I tried to rebook for next year I was told to go to the website. after numerous tries to talk to a person and no returned e-mails or calls, and 3 different emails to try, with no success and 14 days of trying I finally saw that it was rented for January and February 2024. I have been with the Management company for 2 previous years and was always able to speak to an agent. The whole experience was very frustrating and disappointing. But all and all we will try another time to book the condo in February because we really loved our time there.

Would definitely come back!! Clean! Liked all the xtra fans. Loved big tub. My only thing I think could be improved are the shower heads. Not good water pressure and water not very hot. Tub was great tho.

The lock to the front door was broken. It locked from the outside but not the inside. To most people this probably doesn’t sound like an issue but our 3 year old son got out of the room. Management said that it was the owners responsibility to fix it. I sent a message but didn’t hear anything back. Other then this issue, the room was great.

This condo was clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful. The location was convenient to our favorite restaurants. We enjoyed our our visit.

This unit is absolutely stunning! Perfect beach views and the beds/linens are so so comfy! Property owner was helpful and accommodating from booking to check out! This wasn’t the cleanest unit I’ve stayed in, but wasn’t terrible. Showers and kitchen needed some more attention in my opinion. The dishwasher didn’t work great either, which I think probably contributed to why the dishes weren’t clean. But we just hand washed instead. I would still definitely stay here again! Loved the location near Walmart and local night life!

This is a beautiful condo. Our trip was going great until my kids appeared to be getting bit by ticks, we later found out after the third one and a quick Google search that these were actually bed bugs. My family and I were horrified, we watched as the bed bugs would run behind the paneling in the bunk room. We tried calling Emerald Coast Pcb multiple times with them telling us they would discuss it with the manager and get back to us but never calling back. I was really upset with the fact that a family was coming in blindly behind us with no idea the condo had bed bugs. I also contacted vrbo and they insisted we handle this situation with Emerald Coast even though the condo was booked through them.

The condo was just as listed! It was great condo an location. Will definitely visit again!

This rental was beautiful, just as pictured. Had everything our large family needed to prepare meals and a variety of restaurants and entertainment nearby. The complex was easy to access and well-maintained.

We had no hot water in kitchen nor was it good in bathroom - TV in Master did not work - shower curtains were gross - We could not sweep no vac - Location was great - loved the balcony - But will not rent this unit again -
