beautiful building, large and comfortable rooms, spotlessly clean and in centre of historic area. Good buffet breakfast and lovely terrace. surrounded by history, lots of lovely restaurants and bars in immediate vicinity of hotel, close to port.

This hotel is not suitable for anyone with a disability as there is not a lift or rails at stairs on entry or to the terrace.

This 3 night stay was exceptional. Very helpful understanding staff, they went the extra mile in helping us. The room was lovely, big bath and walk in shower, really clean and all the facilities you would want. Amazing breakfast with local delicacies every morning, right in the centre next to bars and shops. No downside.

The location was perfect for our itinerary. We know the area well and had no trouble parking our rented car. The self-check-in system is very good and convenient. We visited out of season and did not expect the full customer service we received. Very pleased on all counts

The self check-in system is very good but Booking.com did not give us the full instructions so we had to ring the emergency number to gain access. This was no problem at 6pm but I would have felt uneasy if I had to ring late in the evening or night. Would have been nice to have had a comfortable armchair in the room, but this is a suggestion and not a complaint.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the cathedral. We stayed on the second floor and it was very peaceful and tranquil. Lovely room with a very comfortable bed and bath in the room. Grand building with a stone staircase running through the centre and pretty terrace for breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Excellent taste in furniture and design, Impeccable service, Flexibility. We had delivery food catered to our room while we were away. Beach umbrella and towels provided by the hotel, weather forecast and daily informations on the best beaches. Tasty, km-0 breakfast. Great experience.

Hotel desk closed for three hours in the afternoon (but that's just Spain, nothing really to complain about)

The decoration is amazing and the rooms very big size. Also the the location is perfect to explore Ciutadella.

The breakfast needs to be improved, lack of choices.

I really enjoyed my stay here, you can’t beat the location, it’s literally at the centre and super close to great restaurants. The room I stayed was really spacious and comfortable. The photos don’t really do justice to the rooms, it has super high ceilings, has very large bathroom which is larger than most hotel rooms. It looks like everything has been recently refurbished, including two smart tv’s if you fancy some Netflix or youtube. There is an honesty bar and a quiet courtyard which is super handy if you want to retreat from the busy streets - and the bar prices are really reasonable, I think we paid €2 for 2 beer. I’d definitely stay here again.

Not specifically a comment for this hotel, but more as a comment on staying in the old city, sometimes parking can be a challenge, I park my car on Sant Nicolau for free and walk to the hotel, which is few minutes away from the hotel
