Overall we were happy with our stay. There were plenty of activities for the family to keep busy between the fire pit, hot tub, pool table and ping pong table. The only 2 main things missing that we had to buy while there was a cutting board and flat spatula. Otherwise, it provided the necessities while on vacation.

Had an amazing time with a chill bachelor party gathering. We used ALL of the fun activities - pool, ping pong, foosball, and two tvs that we used for video games. Hot tub and fire were great too. So many comfortable beds for everyone and nice couches too. Had such a great time! So much space for everyone to have fun.

Property was nice, check in and check out were seamless, however when the propane for the grill was out, I was unable to get in contact with the property owner, and so had to pay for the propane myself after the office was unable to verify homeowners. Feels kind of ridiculous to have this issue when you're paying more than a fair bit to stay at a place like this, some communication at least would have helped. Not a bad place to stay otherwise, just hope you don't have to

We had 11 woman stay in this house and everyone fit comfortably. Host was more than accommodating and overall was a wonderful experience.

There were 10 of us staying in the house, there was plenty of room. The house was great, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect!

We stayed here with a group of friends. The house was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. A couple of us enjoyed the hot tub. The location of the house was perfect. Not too far from entertainment and Ubers were easily available. We would most definitely stay here again!

Very clean and well kept

The place was nice and fit everyone well. I liked that I had two hangout rooms, it was close to restaurants, and a lake nearby. Overall, we had a really nice time and would go back when it wasn't so cold. Some items should be addressed for the next renter. We slept in the basement bedroom and it was so uncomfortably cold. In the middle of the night, the water softener hissed like an alarm for 20 minutes. It made a bunch of sounds the next night too that kept waking us up which was aggravating. Everyone else was also very cold as there weren't heating vents in the bedrooms and the place was set to around 50 something when we arrived. It was too cold to play ping pong to use the pool table without our coats on. The TV on the third floor did not work, the hot tub cover bar was rusted through, the oven took forever to heat up, and the porches could use some TLC. Even so, it was a cute place and the living room/kitchen/dining room was perfect for our crowd with very pretty views. I recommend bringing a space heater(s) and earplugs, and avoiding the basement bedroom if you choose to stay.

The house was great, checking in was seamless, everything was clean and as advertised. The town is very cute. Being so close to JF/BB is very nice. We will be coming back for sure

Excellent property in size and location for a family of 12 in the poconos.

As advertised, this home is perfect ski home. We had a very enjoyable ski vacation. Spacious House has all you need…location, hot tun, pool table etc. Comfortable furniture, large LR and large 2nd floor loft. Music/radio/CD players, TV’s, beds with linens provided. We encountered an issue at the house. The owner was quick to respond, communicate with us and resolve. That, in itself is worth the 5 stars. The house is worth 5. Enjoyed the five days. Will rent again.

Thanks to Charlie and Gloria for an awesome weekend in Lake Harmony. The property is as advertised. Highly amenitized, excellent location within Lake Harmony Estates. We had 10 adults and all were comfortable / had enough space. The hot tub was hot, billiards / ping pong / foosball, the fire pit, etc. All great. Highly recommend this property.

I stayed at this property for Christmas with my family and it was great! Would highly recommend.

The house was in the the perfect location! There were so many deer in the yard everyday! We enjoyed sitting by the fire and making s’mores and the hot tub was great. The game room was great! Kitchen was fully equipped! The owner was so fast with responding to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

This is the second time we rented the property. Everyone had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to rent again on the future.

The place was easy to locate through gps. Got privilege to check in 30 mins early. Our stay was fun and chill! My friends and their husband also enjoyed the stay. On our last day, we had our chance to see the black bear crossing the street. That was a plus!

We were there for a wedding and it was rainy outside. The house was very comfortable and we were provided with fun activities in between our events. Charlie responded quickly to questions. We absolutely loved having the gas fireplace, it added the extra warmth and coziness to our wet weekend.

This was a great home that had everything we needed and did a great job hosting our group. There was tons of great amenities in the house that kept all of guest having fun.

The property is exactly as described in VRBO. The home and location were ideal for our family of 11, including gandparents and children ages 9 and 12. There is alot to experience nearby. We particularly enjoyed the Lake Harmony beach, the Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railway in Jim Thorpe, the water park and bowling at Split Rock, the Hickory Run Boulder Field - a National Natural Landmark, and hiking a section of the D&L trail near White Haven. The house was cozy and we enjoyed the fire in the fire pit in the evening. Charlie and Gloria, the owners were very gracious and answered all our questions quickly. We would defintely consider renting this house agaain in the future.

The house was very comfortable and clean. It was nice having games and other activities right at the house. It was an easy walk to the lake and a short drive to the local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property. Overall quite clean except the floors could have used a good scrubbing. Rooms as described, although the main and upper level queen beds were quite uncomfortable for the adults (but the kids were fine on the bunk beds and the adult in the basement was comfortable). The older adults found the bathroom floors and showers to be dangerously slippery and suggested that providing a bath mat for the bathroom floor and some kind of adhesive mat in the bathtubs would help tremendously. Air conditioning was great. Kitchen was great. Perfect location. Overall a lovely stay.

Our multigenerational family enjoyed our stay at this house in the Poconos. There are three areas for family members to spend time together playing pool, ping pong and foosball or watching movies and playing board games. There is also a hot tub and fire pit area available. Families have access to a private beach and fishing pier. The house is located close to area attractions.

Strongly recommend this house! Great location, a lot of activities to do if staying inside.
