The home was okay. The rental company immediately responded when we needed something fixed which was great. 2 of the 3 queen size beds were comfortable. Linens were included but the sheets were very scratchy. The dressers in the bedrooms were broken. The kitchen could be de-cluttered some and there was no place to store non-refrigerated food. There is a beautiful oak tree in the back but the droppings got all over the porch, your cars and underneath the house. There isn’t an outlet to plug any thing in underneath the house either. All in all, the house was clean but we are not interested in renting again.

Property was as shown in photos. Very clean when we arrived. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of room and enjoyed screen in patio. Easy access to beach. Enjoyed our very much.

The house had a great location we loved the short walk to the beach and the bike path being right there, but the house was not the cleanest. Dirt and dust on the baseboards and the sink in one of the bathrooms had sand in it upon our arrival. We checked in at 4 when we were supposed to and someone was still there doing stuff while we were unloading but it just didn’t seem like it was clean and disinfected very well. There were also a lot of cockroaches multiple times throughout our stay. We've stayed in edisto before at a different house and have not ever had an issue with cockroaches in the house.

Easy layout for 3 families (3 couples, 2 toddlers, 3 babies!). The front queen bedroom has true blackout curtains which was so nice. Kitchen was well-equipped with cookware. Beautiful nature trail directly behind the house, which you can follow to multiple beach spots. Recommend making a trip to Driftwood Beach while visiting Edisto. About 30 minutes drive from Airbnb, but with it for a picnic and sight seeing.

Easy access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay at this house. Will visit again.

Toes in the Sand is a beautiful home and we enjoyed our week in it! It was clean and well-kept. Definitely will be considered for our next vacation.

The floors were dirty, the sheets on the beds were sandy and dirty. We were going to vacuum but the belt was broken on the vacuum cleaner. When we arrived at the home the lady leaving who said she was the inspector said she did the best she could that she was able to sweep but did not mop the floors. We cleaned the home ourselves prior to our un packing. One of the beds was broken but when we notified the office someone came right away to fix it.

This house was perfect for our vacation and I will definitely be renting again. The inside was great with new floors and renovated bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you need plus some. The boys played table tennis and we enjoyed grilling out under the house. The beach is straight across the street. We loved this house. Thanks Leslie for helping find this house.
