The vacation rental was amazing and so perfect for our family! The toys, pack and play, and high chair were a huge hit with our 10 month old baby! We loved our stay and the location was perfect for access to town, restaurants, shops, and the beach! Thanks for an amazing vacation!

The hosts are so friendly, responsive, and have added so many thoughtful touches to this condo. The location is perfect! It’s close enough to walk to the restaurants, shops, and beach with a view of the river too. The indoor pool was a highlight for my six year old son. This was our first visit to South Haven and we will definitely be back! :)

Very nice cozy condo, clean and quiet location. Central to beaches, downtown and restaurants. Parking right outside the door. I appreciated the small decorative details - very thoughtful. We forgot some spices...and the host had them on hand in the cupboards. Great if you are traveling with toddlers.

This condo was perfect for our family with two young kids. The location is close to the beach and downtown. The owners were so helpful in having everything that we needed: a wagon to help pull the kids around town; beach toys and a cart to haul all our stuff to the beach; toys to play with at home; even multiple kinds of kid shampoos! They even gave us a beautiful list of kid-friendly recommendations as this was our first time in South Haven. I would absolutely recommend this rental for anyone with little kids (or anyone else for that matter, since the location is perfect)!

Enjoy our stay at harborside condos…. Great views of the black river. Spent many nights sitting on upper deck. Close location to downtown and beach. Sectional couch and large dining table were great for dinners and catching up. Beds were very comfy and spacious. Samantha a pleasure to work with.

This property is in a perfect location, walkable to the beach and the town. We enjoyed using the pool and sitting on the balcony, using the BBQ, and watching the boats go down the river. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. We particularly appreciated the beach cart, chairs and umbrella. Our children are a bit older now, but we also noticed how well the apartment is set up for babies/toddlers. We would have loved this when ours were younger. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The outside sitting areas with harbor views and a king-sized bed make the place very comfortable, and the indoor pool was a great option on red-flag beach days or when you need a break from the sun. I especially loved the location. Even with three kids in tow, the walk to Packard Beach was only 5-7 minutes. The walk to North Beach is longer, but still manageable at 15 minutes. We were able to easily walk to dinner at Capt. Lou’s and to the arcade too. Communication with the owners was great, the check-out list was short and simple, and the labels throughout the house answer just about any question that renters might have. I am so glad that we chose this location for our vacation!!

Hosts go out of their way to make your stay a great one. Home has everything you need and then some. Also located conveniently between beaches and downtown area (10-15 minute walks to most places). Would recommend!

This place was just what we needed for a sister trip. Great location!! Just steps from the beach. Highly recommend!!!

Short walk to Dyckman Beach and walkable to town. Condo had everything we needed. I REALLY liked the shower pressure. It seems that South Haven is becoming a little pricey and this condo was affordable.

Property was clean, in a fantastic location (walking distance to both downtown and beaches), and perfect for a family with young kids. Owner was super helpful with recommendations as we had never been to South Haven before.

The place was very easy to access and very close to the areas where wanted to spend time - the main shopping area (downtown), the shoreline and the pier. The sunsets on Lake Michigan inspire poetry and always exceeds expectations! A bonus was the balcony overlooking the channel. We watched sunrises over that water, with boats coming up and down the channel. And the large tree next to the balcony was just transitioning to its autumn colors while we were there. Just delightful. On the practical side...It was nice to have two bathrooms with two girls in the house too.

There were only two problems. One: regulating the air conditioning - could not seem to get it to do what I wanted. Two: there were many black flies inside that were very annoying. Otherwise very relaxing time.

We had a great vacation and staying in this property had a lot to do with it. The location is perfect - close to the beach, downtown and parks for our little one. The condo is ideal for small families, especially those with young ones. Our daughter loved the bunk beds - very toddler friendly - and the toys available for her to play with. We also took advantage of the indoor pool when the weather wasn’t so friendly, which she loved. We will definitely be returning to South Haven in the future and hope to stay here again!

Great location! Very convienent! The complex has an indoor pool as well! Parking was right in front of the entrance! Walking distance to downtown! Short drive to the beach! You could definitely walk to the North beach however it was hard for me with the kids! I also appreciated the kids gates! The condo offers an umbrella and beach chairs which i wish i knew they had (my bad) so i would have not brought mine. The owner supplied everything you needed! I really enjoyed my stay in South Haven!

However, what makes a great rental unit stand out is its cleanliness, roominess (for your needs), amenities, and location. This place checked all the boxes. It was one of the cleanest rentals we've stayed in. It had more than enough room (even though it was just for the 2 of us, we could have easily had our 4 kids along). The unit was stocked with everything we needed and more and we cooked every night. Finally, it was in a perfect location so that we could get on our bikes and check out the town, the trails, and close enough to drive to Holland, Saugatuck, G.R., K-Zoo, etc. Overall, this was one of the most perfectly hosted rental units I can recall in a long time. Great job owners!

I could have left an entire bag at home. I did not need paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, tissues, soaps and shampoos, dishwasher and dish soaps. You name it, they had it including the coffee!
