This is our second time renting for work related travel and the house is perfect. Plenty of space indoors and out, very good and well equipped kitchen, beautiful pool and grounds. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful ten days at this spacious and gracious home. It is open, airy and has lots of gathering places as well as roomy bedrooms for privacy. Pool and deck are fantastic. Owner was very responsive to any questions and we highly recommend the house!

We were in Florida for a family wedding. The house was as described and we throughly enjoyed it. I also want to add my 92 year old mom was with us and the set up was perfect for her! Would definitely stay again!

This property was very spacious. Included everything a traveler could ask. Property management was very atttentive to details and quick to respond. Definitely recommend staying here and hope in the future to return!

We could not have been any happier with our stay at Cheerful Palm Beach Home. The home is beautiful , very clean, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. We all tried out the massage chair super cool. Pool and hot tub were great! Lots of seating , lounge chairs and grill worked great! Towels and linen in the home are top quality . Victoria answered all my questions and was great to correspond with. Home is close to beaches , shopping ,great restaurants and palm beach airport. Just a ten minute drive to all. Our first time in palm beach will not be the last. Book this home for your beach vacation! You will not be disappointed!

This property was perfect for our family trip w Grandparents & young adults. Enough room for everyone- loved the layout, pool & hot tub. Kitchen well stocked w everything you need to make meals. Fantastic accommodations!

We had an amazing stay in lake worth with my family, 3 generations, and it was so well equipped for us all! The space was so comfortable with plenty of common areas and very comfortable bedrooms. The hosts were so nice and helpful with an early check in and with a few questions we had. They had so many awesome things like coolers for the beach, pool floats, and baby cribs and high chairs. We had everything we needed. We hope to stay again next year!

The house was beautiful huge well stocked and clean. There were plenty of space for everyone.

This home is absolutely stunning. Alex and Victoria were so accommodating and helpful. The entire week was peaceful and relaxing. This home had everything you need whether you are just wanting a relaxing week but it’s so close to so many places, we also did day trips to Miami and Key Largo.

The home and back yard are a gem. Very nice. Well cared for and includes all the small details. We loved the grill.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was quite large and super comfortable, with everything we needed to relax or even prepare a gourmet meal. A ton of seating areas. Enormous flat screen TV in the LR with full cable service, and flat screen TVs in all the BRs. The backyard and pool were beautiful. There were a ton of high quality towels too. Sounds a little silly to mention that but it was a big plus. Also 2 washing machines and 3 dryers! Getting to the beach was so easy, the beach was low hassle and parking at the Lake Worth beach park was quite ample (unlike in Delray where we stayed last year, where parking was impossible). The little beach town has a couple of excellent restaurants. The house is 10 minutes from the West Palm airport which also is a plus. Communication with the hosts was easy and they responded immediately. We’d definitely come back!

Wow, we had a great time! Even my mother was impressed and she isn't easy to impress. We had the house full of family with brothers and sisters and all kids of all ages. Grandma and Grandpa came over for Thanksgiving dinner. The house was extremely comfortable. The kids (and adults) loved the heated pool and the great location near everything in Lake Worth and WPB. The property managers were super responsive, which was truly helpful with all the kids needs and getting everything all situated. The house has everything and is warm and inviting.

The photos and description for this property do not do it justice! We had 8 guests including 2 young children who travelled to West Palm Beach to attend a family reunion and this home was perfect. Plenty of space to separate the young and the old. Alex and Victoria were quick to respond to any questions we had and have thought of everything you could need for a comfortable stay in their resort quality home. There were plenty of soft thick bath and beach towels. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space as well as a large smart TV in each bedroom. The master suite is incredible with a huge walk-in closet, jetted tub, double shower and 2 sinks with spacious counters. The pool, patio and landscaping are beautiful. The open kitchen/living/sitting/dining area allow for a large group like ours to cook, eat and converse easily. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. The location is a short drive to the beach and convenient to I-95 giving easy access to all that West Palm Beach/Lake Worth has to offer. We would absolutely book this rental again and recommend it to our family and friends!

Our stay was a relaxing one and the house was beautiful! The outdoor space was comfortable and inviting. We had everything we needed! No complaints!
