Really enjoyed our stay. Interior is beautifully decorated and very comfortable! We were in town for a baseball tournament at Lake Point. We were less than 20 minutes from the fields, within a few minutes of the highway. Close to restaurants, grocery, coffee shops, etc.

My husband, daughter, and I stayed here when we came to the area to tour KSU and GSU. The location was perfect.

Our stay here was wonderful. It's a nice quiet place with some comfy beds and an amazing soaker tub! Definitely recommend.

The townhome was very clean and comfortable. Easy check in as well as out. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. Fantastic soaking tub!!! Great and easy communication with owners as well.

Very cute house and very clean. Location was close to many areas. Owner was very responsive to questions, and very friendly. I would definitely look at staying here again.

We felt at home from the moment we walked in. The house is very cozy and the perfect size for a family of 3 plus our dog Aubrey. The house was clean and had every amenity needed. We were a little disappointed that we were not able to use the fireplace as this was something we verified during booking and were really looking forward to. Anja & Ingo Schaer were very quick to respond to my messages/requests and immediately informed us the fireplace was removed due to insurance matters. This did not take away from all other wonderful details in the house. The kitchen has every appliance needed which made it super easy to make our Christmas dinner. Appliances were clean and we felt very comfortable using them. The host pays attention to little important details not commonly found in other properties i.e. enough toilet paper, paper towel, bath towels, make up towels, and cozy blankets on every couch and bed. It was super cold during our stay and having the extra blankets was the icing on the cake for us. We will defnitely book this property on our next visit to Georgia. I highly recommend it.

We were in town for a baseball tournament. This house is clean, decorated nicely & very comfortable. It’s convenient to Lakepointe (about 15 minutes). There is one bedroom on the first level & one bedroom on the 2nd level.

Perfect for our trip was close to lots of things. Just make sure you get all your key information ahead of leaving VRBO was down the day of our trip and we had an issue getting in.

This is a nice place to stay when visiting KSU as it is close to campus. I made the owners aware of a problem with the main room's ceiling fan and light and they were very responsive in sending a handyman to look at it the next day. Some of the workmanship around the house could definitely be improved (towel racks falling off, laundry room doors falling off track, poorly installed/ shower handle and bathroom ceiling fan, for example). None of these items was a problem for us, just took away from the beauty of the place.
