This place was exactly what we expected and hoped for! It was clean, beautiful, and comfortable for the two of us. It was truly one of our favorite parts of our stay in Fayetteville!

This property is like a lovely treehouse tucked away in the beautiful hills of Fayetteville. It’s is right on the bike trail and close to everything downtown.

Everything was so well decorated and appointed!!! We had a great time! The owner even left donuts and a bottle of wine for us. ❤️

I enjoyed my stay here. The bed was comfortable. The space was clean and decorated well. I felt very comfortable and safe. The space is perfect for one or two people. It was mostly quiet with the occasional train passing by at night. The location was central to everywhere I needed to be. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved out two-night stay at this property. It is in an absolutely perfect location if you like to walk! We were able to walk to everything we were interested in. The place is tiny but was perfect for the two of us. Our only issue was that it was not ready for us to check in at 4, so it forced us to adjust our plans. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Enjoyed our stay here so much! The house is so cute and cozy and was very clean and comfortable! Was across the street from the walking/bike trail which we enjoyed also! Will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our weekend at this lovely apartment. It was close enough to walk to the stadium and just as close to walk to Dickson on the lovely trail. The kids loved the hammock in the loft. It was so nice to have donuts provided for breakfast the next morning and a nice bottle of wine to sip on after unpacking. We have already booked this amazing place again for November when we will come back to cheer for the Hogs!

I was only in town one night to drop off my UArk Freshman, but my high school student son and I enjoyed the stay. Super clean and very comfortable.
