dryer and Wi-Fi was listed as included, we printed out the paperwork for it, and when we got there the dryer didnt work, and Wi-Fi didn't exist. we spent money for our washing. we were not notified. to check in and receive keys was awful, no communication was received. we spent hours going back and forwards before we got a code, which we did not know we needed. the staff were unable to assist us at all, as this was a private residence on there grounds, which we were also not aware of. the parking was atrocious, we were advised by staff to park anywhere, but almost ended up towed due to the in correct parking. the website and host gave us no warning or information as to where the correct parking was. And for 4 people, the toiletries given are limited and small. The dishwashing detergent and powder was also very limited, as well as a filthy odour from the dishwasher. The mop and vacuum left for cleaning did not work. This listing was sorely inaccurate, as well as a waste of time for us. i would not recommended it for anyone.

The property was nothing like described. It wasn’t clean or vacuumed upon check in, broken bed, broken lights, broken kettle and dryer, broken drawers on desk and what looked like blood on the table. Check in and checkout was a nightmare.having to collect and drop off keys at a separate location was a huge hassle. The host did move us but not until several emails, phone calls and messages were sent.

Great spot! Trams and buses close by to take you to theme parks. Walking distance to beach and lots of places to eat. Heaps of room by the pool and drinks from the pool restaurant were great. Room had enough soace for our family of 4 and the wall between internal balcony and lounge opens up so there’s lots of room. Would stay here again.

The checkin process was terrible, the key needed to be collected, I wasnt told until the day of checkin that my identy had not been verified which then meant i could not be given the checkin details ,,,, there is a list of issues too long for this chat

Ok property , need more toiletries 1 roll of toilet paper doesn't cut it, no toothpaste. You get it when you book other propertys in the same building . Don't like the fact you have to go to a convenience store to get the keys. why Can't you just get the keys from reception. Need to replace Shower head, it just trickles
