Our stay was wonderful and the owner was very helpful with suggestions of where to get groceries. I highly recommend this house. The only drawback would be the stairs for older people. 7 minutes from downtown. We enjoyed Noah’s Ark and the Creation Museum along with William Howard Taft’s boyhood home while we were there.

We were in for a family wedding. We needed a multi-bedroom and bath property and this one was perfect. There are 3 individual units with plenty of beds and bathrooms. It gave us a great area to all converge in and eat and socialize but also gave us our individual space. Host was so responsive and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The property is in the Walnut Hills are in Cincinnati and close to so many parks, downtown, the river, etc. Love our time there!!!

We couldn't be happier with Preston and the listing! There was plenty of space for our group of four families (total of 18.) The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the common rooms were perfect for hanging out. Thank you for providing a great stay.

This was perfect for a girls weekend! We all had our own space it still room for all of us to hang out! It was beautiful, clean and the owner was super responsive! Not in walking distance to much but easy to Uber to where we needed to go!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. We were a little hesitant at first beacuse we had to park our cars on the street. After day one, we felt safe and really enjoyed the fact that everyone had their own mini condos.

12 adults in 5 bedroom, 5 bath house, can you believe it? The owners did a great job updating this Walnut Hills located home. We could gather in one space or split up as needed. We even had some local family members join us on Saturday. The house has everything you need and anything you want is close by. Enjoy!

This property was perfect for my friends and I. The 3 separate but connecting condos are great because it allows for gathering and also space if needed! The finishings/decor of the house is exactly as pictured. We really enjoyed our time here and would recommend to anyone traveling into town with a large group!

We had a multi-generational group of 12 gathering from around the country to attend our daughter's opera performance at CCM. The house was perfectly suited to our purposes -- enough room for everyone to have a comfy bed & privacy when they needed it, plus gathering spaces that accommodated different configurations of an extended family's comings and goings over the long weekend. The historic house has been beautifully updated and thoughtfully appointed -- and we particularly appreciated the original art on the walls! The neighborhood is pleasant and convenient, with great rambling opportunities nearby in Eden Park. Preston is a very gracious host; his communication is prompt, clear and helpful. We were delighted with our stay and would recommend it to anyone!

I cannot say enough about our stay over the Holiday weekend. Our family of 17 (Ages 77 to 9) came to Cincinnati to watch our nephew play football. We decided to make it a special trip and celebrate Thanksgiving as well. The house fit all of us comfortably with the added benefit of separate apartments when needed. It was immaculately clean, beds comfortable, well stocked with pots, pans, seasonings, coffee pods, toiletries bedding and towels. We brought a few items, but we were able to cook an entire holiday meal with no issues. The finishes in the apartments were so well done, the house is beautiful. The original art from Preston's mom is gorgeous and adds the homiest touch. The pictures are exactly as the house shows. The location is fantastic. It was literally 2 miles from everywhere we wanted to go, Turkey Trot 10K at Paycor, University of Cincinnati, Downtown for dinner, grocery stores Everything was so close. The neighborhood is really nice and safe, with a prefect little park nearby and coffee shops within walking distance. Street parking was never an issue and we had 4-5 cars. Preston was so nice to talk with as we neared our stay, he was quick with responses and willing to help if we needed it. The books in the apartments with suggestions did not steer us wrong! We hit a few places and they were great! I highly recommend this amazing home if you have a large group. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. This review does not do our stay justice. I only wish I could find the words to express how much Preston and his home gave our family the perfect trip together. Thank you Preston!

Fabulous house. In town for my brother in laws wedding. The home was fantastic and is exactly what it looks like. You will not be disappointed. Preston is a wonderful host. 100% would stay there again.

There were so many thoughtful touches everywhere. I really liked the artwork by the host! The pictures and photo tour are completely accurate. Be aware that the space you see outside is essentially all there is - a table on the patio, no yard space as it is in the city. The house is very close to Eden Park which was pretty, has great views of the city, and plenty of walking areas. It is just 5 minutes away from downtown, so you have easy access to so many of the sites to see. If our group was ever visiting Cincinnati again, we would definitely rent this home again!

AMAZING space and I have to give major kuddos to the host! We had a group of 18 and every single person loved this house, thought it was incredibly clean/well kept and was happy with our stay here. We used unit 3 for gathering as a group and it had the largest kitchen and living area but unit 1 was also quite large. Each unit had a Keurig (one unit had a standard coffee pot as well), came with plenty of towels and each had an air mattress with pillows and linens. The host was easy to work with and extra communicative which was so appreciated. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing to house a large group.

We had 8 women from all across the country coming to Cincy for a bachelorette party! I cannot recommend this property enough, especially for larger groups. With multiple units everyone had their own little space to spread out and feel comfortable, but the common spaces were large enough to comfortably fit the entire group when needed. The house was incredibly clean and well maintained. The key pad system was so easy for everyone to use and made the coming and going very simple. The location is perfect as we’re pretty much close to everything we wanted to see and do. If you’re looking to have a small or larger group in Cincinnati, book this place, you won’t regret it! Preston was the best host and helped answer all my questions along the way, great service. We even got there a little early and ran into the cleaning crew, all were so kind and helpful!

We had three families stay here, which was perfect with the three separate units. The location was great - super close to everything we wanted to see, including the zoo and a Reds game. The management team was super responsive. Lovely home with plenty of space to gather and eat in.

This home was AMAZING! It was clean, pristine, and so very fun to be there. We hosted a women's retreat and it was spacious and comfortable for all. The property owner and manager were a delight to work with....easy, accommodating, and helpful! I highly recommend this space to any and all!

My son was getting married and our extended family lives in TX. We wanted to stay together and this property was perfect for us. It is three separate units, but easy to convene together in the larger space. So my parents and sister's family were able to stay in the lower level. My brother's family had a unit. And my adult children/friends, etc were able to stay in the third unit. All together we were 17 people. Each unit had an air mattress for additional bedding. There was a pack 'n play, highchair and baby gate available to us. Each unit supplied basic needs, like K-cups, sugar, S&P, trash bags, dish soaps, bath soaps/shampoos, etc. The units were very well stocked with utensils, cooking items, extra sheets and towels. The outdoor grill performed very nicely. The units are air conditioned and box fans, if needed, were also available. The location of the house felt very safe and quiet. It was easily accessible to any location of Cincinnati you would need to get to/from. As various family members arrived, we had up to 7 cars, and never had trouble finding parking along the street. Any time I had questions prior to the booking, Preston was very timely in a reply and he tried to make sure he could accommodate our requests. An added bonus, is the wonderful artwork painted by him too!! This is a quiet neighborhood and parties are not allowed. We did have a Father's Day BBQ and should not have popped up a canopy as that attracted a "party" appearance. While Preston was reasonable, it is something to be sensitive with this location. Otherwise, we were a large group and felt very comfortable in the location and the house itself. It is clear that the owners care about their property and their guests. I would definitely recommend the property and the owner if you are looking to stay in Cincy.

Loved everything about this property!!! 5 siblings and our spouses stayed here to see the Creation Museum and the Ark . Cooking was a delite because kitchens were supplied with all you need!!! We had 3 cars and always had a parking spot right in front of house. Just a wonderful place to stay!!!!
