Me encanto la paz que se respira al entrar. Las instalaciones estaban muy nuevas y limpias. Puedes aparcar gratis delante del alojamiento. La comunicación con el propietario fue perfecta. Nos recomendó lugares para poder ir a comer. Sin duda una estancia corta que esperamos volver a repetir más días

Peaceful, spacious and well-equipped apartment with garden, secure parking and access to shared pool. A short walk or drive to all the local restaurants, bars and attractions, including the magnificent Barrosa beach, and close to main roads for trips further afield, e.g. Cadiz. Host was quick to respond to queries and provided excellent tips for the area.

Lovely quiet location with private parking and within walking distance of the beach. Cosy modern accommodation with all mod cons. We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments - almost in the treetops - which was lovely!

Second time we have stayed in this property as we loved it the first time. This time we also had a great experience; the hosts are very helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay more comfortable. We stayed in the villa at the end as it has a nice deck and garden (which our toddler really loves). The accommodation is very clean and spacious and the installations are immaculate.
It's within walking distance of the Barrosa beach where you can enjoy gorgeous sunsets and a lovely sandy beach.
We loved our stay so much that we are thinking about making it a family tradition and return every year !
If I had to mention one aspect that could be improved, it is that even though the swimming pool looks great, it's not heated so too cold to use if the outside temperature is below 25c (we visited early October). Maybe there's a way to heat the water which doesn't have a big ecological impact?

The Penthouse apartment is very spacious, well designed and decorated/furnished with a hint of Ikea.
Sadly, we were not able to benefit from the terrace in the evenings due to the noise from the barking dogs on either side on the property and one across the road. This went on most evenings till about 10 pm. The one dog appeared to be owned by the Host who lives next door but do realize they may not have control over neighbouring property dogs.

We loved the apartment it was so comfortable. It was wonderful to have a large deck to sit on and relax. We enjoyed the pool and the closeness of the beach. Easy walk to a great restaurant as well. It was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The accommodation is wonderful. Very comfortable, on site parking and swimming pool. Javier and his wife were very welcoming and friendly. They gave us tips on places to visit and eat and even booked a restaurant for us when we couldn't make contact.

The apartment was wonderful, well designed, spacious. There were nice touches such as a coffee maker with some coffee pods. A lot of thought had gone into making us feel comfortable. The family who owned Biopasivas were very kind. They responded to our needs at any time e.g. sending over their daughter in the evening to show us how to use the cooker. There are 2 lovely beaches in the area and of course amazing cultural locations such as Cadiz and Jerez close enough for a day trip.
I hadn't realised how far we were from the beaches. As I was with my elderly father, it took a good 20 minutes to walk there. Although there were a couple of small supermarkets at the beach, it was a bus ride to somewhere cheaper like Lidl and the bus ran about once an hour, not always according to the timetable. If I stayed again, I would probably hire a car.

The hosts were absolutely lovely and had created a very tranquil setting. We booked in at the last minute and they went out of their way to accommodate us.
The apartment was very poorly equipped, especially in the kitchen...there was not even a wine bottle opener. There could have been cushions on the sofa to make it more comfortable and pictures on the walls for coziness, but it was still a great place. We were 4 adults and 1 child but think it was better suited for 2 adults and two children maximum.

Very modern and well equiped apartment, clean and spacious. Very nice pool and private garden. The hosts are super nice. We had an amazing time there.

Beautiful apartment, with a modern design, spacious & very comfortable, with a lot of natural light. The shared swimming pool and the shared space it was very well maintained and well designed, to meet the needs of all ages. The owners are incredibly nice and friendly, always happy to share tips and information about the area. We had a great stay!

Perfect location, super clean, very comfortable, super pretty!
The upstair neighbours were pretty loud on the first night and we couldnt really sleep but we told the manager and he had a talk with them and from then on it was perfect

Wonderful place, sunny and fresh. Very friendly place, walking distance to the beach. restaurants etc in the vicinity. I imagine it can get hot and crowded in the summer. In feb, it was perfect.

I was at the ground apartment and was woken up by the people upstairs who were walking around and moving chairs on the deck.

Great apartment with close proxmity to the beach. The owner was on hand to give a tour of the building and give recommendations for local restaurants. Shame we only had 1 night and I look forward to going back soon.

Amazing eco house. Modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable, warm. We absolutely loved this house. The area is beautiful.
Slight noise from the neighbours who were up until 5am but with ear plugs it wasn’t really a problem. we were sad to leave
