We want you to enjoy an awesome stay in our trailer. It's full of love and we want you to create wonderful memories. You deserve to have a great vacation get away and we want to help you achieve the fun in planning and enjoying it!! Delivery and set up available between most Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties. SORRY NO DRY CAMPING. NO OCEANO DUNES CAMPING. You comfortably sleep 6 adults and 2 small children. The master has a memory foam queen mattress and our trailer has a full over full bunk set! The dining area folds down to a full-sized bed and would be best for smaller children. Full kitchen with 3 burner stove, oven, microwave and fridge. We offer a fully stocked kitchen: Basic pots and pans are plastic cups and plates, silverware, bowls, cooking utensils, bbq'n utensils, spices, a Keurig and we supply coffee/tea/hot chocolate, bath towels, beach towels, blankets, (please bring your own pillows). If you'd rather cook outdoors, we've got you covered with our out-door kitchen equipped with a sink, refrigerator, and a stove. Full bathroom inside and an outdoor shower for your use. Enjoy sitting outside under the awning with your drink of choice listening to music playing through the Bluetooth awning speakers. Pets are ok with additional fee of $10 per night. If you have a pet that sheds a lot please be prepare to pay a $100 cleaning fee if not fully clean. Camping chairs and extra tables available upon request. We ask that you please treat our trailer with the love and respect that you would as if it were your own. Please return in the same way it was delivered.
