The HVAC system was terrible, smelled like gas and noisy. The TV didn't work and after the manager fixed it there still were issues with the volume and channels

Our family room was huge. Loved that. The hotel did smell when you first walked in but the room was fine. The morning staff was so sweet and helpful. The food area is not huge but she was so tentative clearing peoples plates for them. It served it’s purpose for a place to sleep for us.

We needed to use the pull out bed and there were no sheets or blankets in the room for it. It was 2 am when we arrived and where tired so we didn’t ask for some. We just pulled the sheet off another bed since our kids brought there own blankets on the trip. Place is older so the couch was dirty but the mattress was ok.

It was clean and quiet.

I wish there was an elevator. I wish I could have requested a ground floor room.

JENNIFER WAS AMAZING AND HELPFUL. Upon initial arrival however her BOSS was rude and accused me of fraud. I had incorrectly entered my expiration date on my initial online purchase and with the card present she refused to run it with my ID and told me my card was locked due to a fraudulent purchase. Upon calling my bank and them telling me they're entering my expiration date wrong she refused to run my card manually and told me if I didn't have another card I couldn't stay. I had to Venmo money to my son so he could use his card. Not sure why she refused to even look at my card for the purchase. Horrible check in experience after driving 19 hours straight.

I didn't like Jennifers boss, horrible customer service and lazy. I wish I got her name. My toilet backed up onto the carpet and they couldn't give us another room due to being booked full. Jennifer was very professional, helpful and nice in this situation and did what she could though.
