Brand new resort/village made of beautiful houses in the local traditional style. Either entire houses or flats can be rented, each with fully equipped kitchen and sauna. Very quiet location immersed in the woods on the slopes of the Grundlsee lake.

Our key card didn't work three times and we kept having to go back to the reception to fix it (500m in the cold). Parking is "on site", you can park at the bottom of the hill, but unpractical for ski trip where everything has to be brought inside every day. Breakfast is very expensive

Location is very good with many activities surrounding the hotel. We were not bored. Should be even more fun in winter.

Ongoing construction on the site was definitely not what we expected. Some staff members of the restaurant were rude and some were amazingly friendly. Huge dislike was that they do not replenish the amenities. We run out of soap and the stuff directed us to the nearby (3 km away) market. Same with the dishwasher, no tablets, go buy yourself.

I have not appreciated the "mistake" of charging more (250€) than the price planed in Booking. Once noticed, there was no discussion and the extra money was refounded at once. But it was very ackward. No reason was given for this mistake.
