Location is perfect and staff are very friendly. Especially Ms. Sara who is guest relations is very kind and doing her best to fix everything with support of her colleagues.

Crown Plaza in Ankara is a great and very comfortable place to stay. The stuff is courteous and helpful at evey time of the day. The Rooms are extraordinary clean; u just feel well while staying there. The breakfast was great and balanced with a large selection. In addition, the room service‘s food is soo good. We tried the wrap with beef and cheese, and also the vegetarian pizza - pure heaven!

Nous avons eu un problème de lumière dans notre chambre. Toutes les lumières s’allumer d’un coup l’équipe de l’hôtel ami, quasiment 4-5 heures pour nous trouvé une solution. C’est inadmissible
