Location near to the beach and all restaurants and stores. A little noisy at night though.

Hotel Marcianito has very confusing pictures and description and i dont recommend it, no refunds! The truth is that they have rooms wich have windows facing to an inside noisy hallway, cleaning ladies sitting in front of it. I think they should not call it "standard room" without a real window, and such thing must be clearly stated in the description so people could consider these facts before booking.

bed was not comfortable. no AC and it was really needed all outlets were occupied you need to take the TV out to have an available outlet

The internet connection in the room was poor, so I stayed at the terrace to use it.

No breakfast,,no coffee in lobby anymore,,,

Didn’t like asking daily to fix toilet and they we’re stingy on toilet paper,,,,old towels,,,

The location was perfect, very close to the most beautiful beaches

The service was terrible, very unfriendly staff. They did not even notify us that we needed a magnetic card to enter the building after 9:30 pm and when we returned after dinner, surprise, we were left outside. When asked of we could stay one more night the lady said no they did not have any space and then managed to book through booking. Also bear in mind the environmental fee is not included in the price shown on booking

marcianito hotel,it was no AC in our room we had to pay extra money to switch to another room with AC ,also the staff has no training at all , they was saying bad things about others customers and worry about their tips, I had ask everyday for a clean shower towels, because they didn’t want to take care of us, the stuff is so lazy always running their own business ,but never ask if we need anything. horrible customers experience. i don’t recommend it for anyone who wants to be here in isla mujeres. please don’t waste your money in this hotel .
