Really enjoyed staying in the area close to school. was great for the activities we had planned. Only oddity we ran into is the master shower, but the owner provided instructions on how to operate it.

Love the location of this house in Tech Terrace. Close to the campus, parks, grocery store, great coffee and pastries too. This was a perfect house for our family to stay during graduation weekend. There is plenty of space and it's very comfortable. Communication with property management is easy and response time is quick. We have never had issues because the property is clean and has all the comforts of home.

This house is pretty and much bigger that it looks in photos. Kitchen is huge and gorgeous! Close to campus and convenient. Good neighborhood.

Home is clean and well kept. Everything we needed was available and in the home. Beds are comfortable and bedrooms are spacious with great closet space. Nice to have a full size laundry and bathrooms are well equipped and updated nicely. Neighborhood is quiet and convenient to Texas Tech and all of Lubbock.

This was a very delightful stay for a high school graduation weekend the last weekend in May. We arrived 15 minutes early and they let us in prior to our check-in time. The property contact was very fast to answer but we did not need anything during our stay outside of that. The Wi-fi connection was fast and easy to access. The neighborhood was very quiet, with a mixture of larger homes that appeared to be single-family, and smaller homes that seem to be for the university students (many had for rent signs). Lots of activity with people walking the neighborhood and one block from the park. The kitchen had everything needed to cook with extra paper plates and plastic utensils in the pantry too. We did not use the kitchen much outside of the coffee mugs. The bathrooms had extra shampoo and soap if needed with lots of extra towels and washcloths. Everything was extremely clean and sanitized upon arrival with the exception being the shower door to the master bathroom. It was full of water spots, which is strange because of how clean everything was. The property had games, a dog crate, and a leash if needed for a pet-friendly location. Also, lots of people walking their dog in the neighborhood, just the sweetest area of Lubbock. I would recommend this large 3-bedroom 100% and hope to stay again when we visit family over the holidays.

Nice home with nice kitchen & comfortable tv area. Enjoyed our stay in Lubbock & nice to have home to return to instead of hotel at the end of the day!!

We’re in town for the Kansas game with friends. Enjoyed our stay! Great location to EVERYTHING; food, bars, shopping,etc. House was clean, comfortable and cute. Communication with property management was EXCELLENT! Any questions were answered instantly. Can’t wait to book this property again.

This house had plenty of space for our group, allowed us a place to cook, the kids to run around and was super close to the university allowing my family easy access to and from the Ironman race course.

Beautiful home with all that you need for a great weekend. Our son’s dog loved being able to run in the backyard. It’s in a sage neighborhood right by campus. We wish it was available for graduation next December!

I rely on reviews when I book so I want to explain my rating because what bothered us may not bother you. The house is very cute and the location is great! Walking distance to parks w/ playgrounds, coffee shop, and a store. Very close to good restaurants and Texas Tech! But that great walk in shower seen in the pictures was out-of-service the entire 3 nights we were there. We contacted Jared and he was quick to respond…but nothing got fixed. That left us sharing an old worn out tub/shower. Also, the beds in the house have extra firm mattresses that were not comfortable at all. There were wi-fi issues too (during the day only, not in the evening). I wanted to give this 5 stars b/c I loved the decor, kitchen, and the neighborhood a lot. But the problems took away from our stay.

I booked this rental a few weeks prior to our stay. My husband was hesitant about it because we have never booked through VRBO before. He worried about the cleanliness & accuracy of the pictures posted. We traveled with another couple and once we arrived we were very impressed with the accommodations.. The house was perfect for us and provided everything we needed for our stay. The location was great, close to campus and a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We will definitely book this house every time we travel to Lubbock.
