This condo was great for my family. We have stayed in many condos on Okaloosa Island and this was our favorite so far. It is extra roomy inside and on the balcony. It was beautifully furnished with all the amenities we needed in the kitchen. We will stay here again!

We were two families, total of 4 kids (aged 6-10). The condo was clean and very nice. Climate control was great, the balcony was spacious and had a great view. Very short walk to the beach.
The pool was a little small, but that’s the only thing that wasn’t top notch.

Upon arrival we were blown away by the spacious and beautiful condo. Our view and access to the beach was more than ideal. I instantly booked our next year trip with Sunset Rentals with the same condo. Beds were very comfortable along with the living room furniture. The decor was very up to date and provided comfortable seating for everyone. Management was extremely quick to respond and very kind and professional. Highly recommend.

Exceptionally well appointed condo at Bella Riva 103 with unobstructed ocean view has made our visit a complete delight! Condo is beautifully furnished and very clean. Working with Sunset Resort Rentals has enhanced our stay. They have been very professional and helpful. Have already reserved an upcoming stay!

We absolutely loved one to staying in unit 103! It was perfect for our family with three king beds and a kids bunk room. The kitchen was amazing and filled with some of the nicest appliances. The furniture on the balcony was really nice and comfortable. It was new to the rental world so there were a few kinks that needed to be worked out like a shower door needed to be reinstalled, lightbulbs were needed in a few places, and the bunk bed needed a little TLC. We can't wait to come back to this condo this year!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. Very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Super quiet the entire stay. Great views of the Gulf. Highly recommend. We will be back again next year!

We stayed in unit 103 at Bella Riva mid October. The complex was absolutely beautiful and welcoming. We really enjoyed the condo itself and found it super clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and had high end appliances including a giant gas stove. 10/10 would stay in the complex and this unit again.

Our second stay at Belle Riva. We love it! Amazing condo. Great family atmosphere. Beachfront views are fantastic! Condo is large and spacious. Master bath is incredible! Beach access and shower is perfect. Only whine would be the pool is a little small but still very nice!

This condo is stunning. It is beautifully furnished, and the view is amazing. However, please be aware there are several items that are broken or not as shown in the pictures. Specifically, one of the shower doors is only half there. When we requested maintenance, we were told they were not going to fix it. They said it was “functional”, but it was extremely cold for the person taking the shower. Everyone at Sunset Resort Rentals was fantastic, and our entire rental process was very smooth.

Our condo at Bella Riva was wonderful! Furniture and beds were so comfortable. Such easy access to the beach! Unfortunately there was a lot of June grass in the water the whole week we were there. But we still managed to have a great week at Bella Riva!

Exceeded our expectations. Sunset resorts went out of their way to accommodate us. Very happy with our stay. The condo was clean, spacious, and family friendly.

Great Condo!
We had a great stay. Condo is large, clean and nicely appointed. Great ocean views with nice, large porch. Had no problems and no reason to need maintenance but there was always staff around and they kept the grounds, walkways and even garage spotless. Had some rainy day so only thing that would have made the place better was a smart TV so we could access streaming services.
