The home was beautiful and the pictures didn’t do it justice. It was very clean except the floors left our feet and socks dirty like they did not mop well. The view was absolutely amazing and we were able to play on the beach during low tides. My only complaints would be the keypads to get in and out are a huge inconvenience. The locks are very finicky and the code was long. A key would have been preferred or better keyless locks. We almost couldn’t get in when we arrived and then the front entrance would not lock upon leaving. Luckily there are two doors so we were able to lock the main front door that went into the house. Also the traffic noise in the master is very loud since it faces PCH. Not sure how that could be fixed but we had trouble sleeping because of it. You will also hear the waves crashing which is good or bad depending on your preference. Overall, a very lovely home and I would recommend staying here.

No hot water.the heater needed servicing and they could not get the technician to fix it the same day.we had to cut short our stay and check out earlier.Totally ruined our anniversary plan:( They promised to refund for the days that we did not stay...still have not heard from them regarding the refund!!!!!

Great location, very clean. Bungalow had everything we needed for a great stay. A few issues: you can hear the highway (and neighbors) from the master bedroom. Almost drowned out by the waves, but not quite. Also, the locks were finicky - my daughter accidently locked herself out of her room (the door could be locked and then closed from the outside). The electronic front door lock didn't always engage - but there was also a lock on the door to the street so we used that. Overall, a great place to stay and we would come back.

Beautiful home with excellent amenities with the sound and site of the crashing waves. Comfortable beds, excellent kitchen, and all the amenities you can want. We hope to be back.

The house was perfect, right on the beach! Felt like a cruise ship on the deck you're that close to the water. The open deck and combined kitchen, living room, outside space is incredible.

This property is just fantastic! The property managers were attentive but not intrusive, and the house was well-stocked and spotlessly clean. All in all, it is a fantastic vacation house!

Absolutely no texts or phone calls returned. The soles of my feet turned black walking in the house-seriously. Pet hair everywhere. Otherwise could have been nice

Sadly our stay was met with a disgusting smell in the Kitchen along with dirty dishes that were put away posing as if cleaned. The smell under the kitchen sink was simply god awful! There was a major plumbing leak and what appeared to be black mold see attached pictures. The deck area had left over joints all around it, apparently from prior guests, The barbecue was beyond disgusting, looked like it hadn't been cleaned and I don't know how long. The one positive was Thomas the house manager was really nice. He sent someone over to clean and fix the plumbing leak. However, it still smelled in the kitchen. The said they would comp our stay the least they could do and have never received a refund. Do not recommend this place unless you feel like cleaning the place on your vacation.

The location and view from this beach home is priceless. Beautiful kitchen appliances and all the table service we needed for meals made there. The bedding is comfortable. PCH is a little loud in the master bedroom, but worth it to still be able to hear the waves. The heat on the front side of the home didn’t work the first three evenings and we had to start a fire. The HVAC guy came the second to last day and that is up and running now. Was difficult to all get warm showers unless you time them 20-30 minutes apart. Great hiking and restaurants nearby. Would stay here again!

The floors were absolutely disgusting and left everyone’s feet completely soiled by the end of the day. I was afraid to have my small kids on that floor, it needs immediate attention for future renters.
