The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The home provides everything you would need and then some. Our group ranged in age from 23-74 and EVERYONE said they felt at home and would stay again in a heartbeat. This will be my go-to property if we visit Las Vegas in the future.

This home seemed to be recently renovated and is perfect for 4 to 5 people. The air conditioning worked really well for us. We like it cold. We were all floored by how clean it was. Whoever did the cleaning did a fantastic job. The location is quiet and close to the strip. I got to meet the owner, William, and he is a very nice man. He also gets back to you quickly when you reach out to him. I would rent this house again in a second. Highly recommended.

All communication was very smooth and proactively handled by the owner. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. The house had everything we needed and you can tell they really stay on top of caring for the place. The pool and backyard space was a hit with everyone. I was surprised how cool the water was despite 100 degree days. Very refreshing! Highly recommended property.

The house was spacious, modern, well stocked, and spacious. But the star of the property is the Pool and back yard/outdoor area. When we were at the house we stayed outside and in the pool. plenty of seating and cover for everyone. everyone was commenting on how nice the pool and back yard was. Another plus was you get to use the garage during your stay, that is a rarity on most rentals. plus the property is close to the strip. Ubers were around $16 to get to the strip. We will be rent this house again on our next trip.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property, the place was beautiful, the pool was awesome. We met the owner we he came to check on pool and was super nice and checked to make sure everything met our standards. I would definitely come back and stay at this residence again

It was close to the strip even though we were barely there it was nice to come back and relax in the pool after a long day of sightseeing.

Home in quiet neighborhood, with necessary amenities and comfortable to relax and enjoy down time. back yard has nice pool with plenty of room. Wish we’d had more time to enjoy. Owner is very receptive to,quick response with any questions or concerns.

Everything g was perfect. Relaxing and quiet. Close to everything yet allowed us to get away from the bustle.

Neighborhood was pretty quiet the view was amazing and all of the amenities were as explained on the listing. Property owner was a pleasure to work with and greeted us with a bottle of wine and a kind a note thank you William.

First we were welcomed with a lovely note with a bottle of wine. Then since we came in on a Friday, the next day was pool cleaning day so William came over to do the cleaning and brought me a balloon and donuts for Mother’s Day. We were in for my daughters wedding he promptly answered all questions. We stayed with our son and my mom and step dad. The house is beautiful, very clean and has a great lay out. My step dad rented a new corvette and was very happy we were allowed to use the garage. If I ever venture back I’ll for sure stay at this house. We were minutes from the strip, 20 mins from red rock so close to everything.

House is clean, plenty of sleeping space. Not too far from a lot of fun activities. My family and I enjoyed staying here.

House was very clean an updated the host was extremely nice and helpful when ever I had a question he was one click away and responded very quickly I would definitely rent in the future

This was a great house for my friends and I. Clean, plenty of space, great location. Close to the strip but far enough from traffic. A lot of stores nearby to shop. The only downfall for me is that it wasn’t hot enough to enjoy the amazing pool. We definitely will stay here again on our next visit

Most places overlook the sleep part of a trip. All Hotels have horrible beds. And frankly my trip all we did was sleep at this location while spending 10 hours away each day for work. With that I don’t know what type of beds are here but I they are all queen beds and the bed in the master suit was the best sleep I have had is years, perhaps it’s due to not bring my kids. I slept with ear plugs as is standard on trips and that kept the neighbors dog barking at a low volume but it didn’t help with the backyard lights constantly coming on. I think that might be due to the backyard lights detecting movement. Or perhaps it was the neighbors lights. The location of the house was close enough to the Vegas strip to not need to get on the freeway but far enough not to hear the noise. Even with the small issues the house is cleaner and more spacious than any hotel I have stayed in. I will definitely stay here again with the group of work guys.

Perfectly situated off strip but always close enough to everything. Quite neighborhood and everything we needed in 2 mile radius. Host was 5 star and very attentive. Can't wait to come back.
