The house with the pool was perfect for us to enjoy on the days we did not go to other venues. Would book again in the future if we come back to this area. Great outdoor spaces that have been well thought out. A/C and all the amenities one would like to have. Well done.

We were excited and relieved that the house was as described. It smelled good and very clean. It literally had everything we needed from pots and pans to towels and even new toothbrushes and toothpaste. It was a little chilly but we couldn't resist getting in the pool, which was also clean. I was a little surprised to see there was no oven but we made due with the toaster oven that was provided. I wish there was a tub for my little one to take a bath but she enjoyed the removable shower head instead. Overall we had a great experience. Definitely recommend staying at this home.

The property has all the amenities and more. The host was beyond prepared for us as a family, taking care of all the extra incidentals that we may have forgotten. Even going so far as to get us a gift card, which was more than thoughtful. We appreciate them sharing their beautiful home with us and we made some unforgettable memories that are sure to last a lifetime.

This was our first time booking on vrbo. We did not know what to expect and what we would need for our stay, so we brought the essentials (towels, blankets, pillows). This house contained everything you could think of, from shampoo to blankets and plenty of towels. The house was stocked with new items such as razors, lotion, and loafs. As we walked in the table had snacks for the kids and in the fridge, there was a case of water and ice in the freezer. The house was clean and smelled amazing. There was plenty of pool toys that the kids enjoyed. A BBQ grill and all the utensils needed. There were beach toys and a cooler, which we took to the beach. The host Sonia was amazing and respected our privacy. She was very kind, generous and communicated effectively. I was very impressed with this house and will be booking again in the future. Thank you, Sonia, for such a great experience!

We loved this house and it had all the amenities and more. We were disappointed that the pool was not heated and we didn't get to swim due to unusually cooler weather in June. Driving into the driveway was also a concern as the bottom of our minivan would rub as we would tried maneuvering carefully into the driveway.

This home was perfect for our entire family! Location was perfect for us. Plus near many places to eat and shop. At 1st glance home seemed a bit small for my family of 8. Ranging from couple big teens all the way down to a 6yr old that is just about independent. But as soon as we walked in the open floor layout was very inviting and just past the kitchen into the patio was no less attractive! We were even able to invite my parents and the rest of our immediate family for a reunion of sorts and had plenty of space to gather and eat. The rooms were accommodating and the natural light throughout the house was great! There are some renovations going on but nothing interferes with our routines, at all. Sonia was very hospitable and quick to respond to any of my questions. Great family home and we would definitely stay here again if and when we take another vacation!

We had a great stay at Sonia’s place! The beds were super comfortable and the pool was perfect. Good central location for all the fun stuff the L.A. area has to offer.

From the start Sonia has been the best by always communicating promptly. The pics and review online shows great and when you get there it’s even better in person. The house is fully stocked with everything you need, with exception a large oven. The kitchen has a toast oven, air fryer, and microwave so you’re good there. The pool is fun but not heated, so depending on the weather it good be cold. The outdoor of the property is great for BBQs and lunging, there’s tons of room to hangout outside and kick it. We played cards and board games outside. There is only 2-bathrooms for a house that sleeps 8-people so just know that everyone will need to take turns and share the bathrooms. Grocery store just a few blocks away and everything that West Covina and La Puente has to offer is never by. USC, down town LA, and south central with no traffic about 30-45 mins away. Awesome stay. Loved staying here. You can tell Sonia took the time and care to ensure her guests are well taken care of and comfortable. The little details made the stay special. The location was great, very close to grocery stores, restaurants, clothing stores, but nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Sonia was very lovely to work with. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Over 2 weeks time, we had 14 different family members come and go. we had a blast. My husband is in an electric wheelchair and most of the property was ADA accessible. Thank you Sonia!

Sonia’s home was an awesome place to stay in LA. The home was super clean, has forced air AC, and a deep pool. It’s located in a nice neighborhood. It has off-street parking for at least two vehicles and did I mention the deep pool.
The owner was also readily available and responsive to questions. In my experience, VRBOs tend to be ‘managed’ by a local property management company or friend of the owner. Not the case here. You need something, the owner is there for you. I can’t rate or recommend this VRBO high enough.

Our overall experience wasn't great, but Sonia was very gracious and accommodating and I appreciate her for all that she did when we were in the house from the decorations for my daughter's birthday to the snacks that she provided for the kids. She is a great host. Our experience was beyond anyone's control.

I took my wife and two kids to LA for a Disney vacation and stayed at this wonderful property for 5 nights. The house didn't disappoint, it was exactly as advertised. It had everything from spacious rooms, a clean swimming pool, and plenty of room throughout the house and backyard.

Great family vacation
My family of seven (ages 7-44) stayed at this property for our California vacation. It was a great out of the way quiet spot. We were half an hour from Disneyland and an hour from the beach. The house was well-maintained, the hosts were accommodating and friendly. They even gave us flip-flops and water toys for the pool. My kids loved the pool! Overall a great experience. Definitely recommend!

Great Host and property!
We loved staying here for our Disney vacation. The pool and outdoor patio area were really fun for my family. The hostess was easy to communicate with and spoiled us with extra snacks and anything else we needed. It was about a 45 min drive to Disneyland, Universal, LA, and various beaches so it was pretty centrally located but also a drive to everywhere because of LA traffic. We didn’t mind though. The grocery store was just a block away so that was handy for using the well stocked kitchen. Just FYI there is no oven, but there is a nice gas stovetop, a nice grill outside, an air fryer, a microwave, and a crockpot so you can cook most things you need to. We had a wonderful time. Thanks again!

Awesome property
This house was stocked better than hotels and our home. They had everything you could imagine. New appliances including blenders, air fryer, refrigerator, dish washer. Pots, pans and every pool toy needed for kids. Can seat over 25 people outside easily. Great host. Easy access. Highly recommend. Thanks Sonia
