Perfect in every way. Great hosts. Superb value. Stylish. Charming. Spotless. TOP maintenance. Gorgeous location...fabulous views, short easy drive to sights (Teguise, cliffs of Famara and so much more within 15 minutes drive), shopping and beaches (Costa Teguise, Famara are both close), quiet select neighbourhood. Bright lights airy rooms, each window framing another perfect view. Beautiful terraces and large warm pool. Plenty of quality outdoor furniture. Shade and sun all day long. Lovely BBQ area. mature, beautiful gardens. Great cooks kitchen...everything you could possibly need. Generous welcome pack. TOP housekeeping and pool cleaning during stay. Excellent off road parking. Great TV selection for a cooler evening. Books and games. We absolutely LOVED it here and would return in a flash... Anything we didn´t like? Bed was a bit soft for our taste but each to their own and it certainly didnt detract from any enjoyment.

Fabulous villa in beautiful peaceful location. Transport is an absolute must even if you plan on spending most of your time enjoying the villa and warm pool you will still need transport in this location. Love love loved Lag O Mar. Our first visit there after holidaying in Lanzarote over 20 times and will certainly not be our last. Beautiful restaurant and quirky bar all within walking distance of villa. The villa lived up to all our expectations and would certainly rebook if wanting another peaceful location.

We had a fabulous time in this villa, it had everything you could possible need for a family holiday. We would love to return next year !!!

Firstly thank you Nick & Liz for allowing us to stay in your beautiful holiday home. It was just what we were looking for somewhere quiet and to ourselves with a pool and space for the family. Trust me when I say there’s enough space and the surprise of a heated pool was more than welcomed . We were told a vehicle is a necessity , and Autoborges was recommended and looked after us. If we were to visit Laznzarotte again we would definitely stay again. But please note the rule is previous holiday tenants should arrange the welcome pack and unfortunately this wasn’t done for us. This would not stop us returning.

Felt like home, three weeks of peace, loved everything. So clean when we arrived, the weather wasn’t wonderful, which was a shame.

Everything you might wish for - terrific location for exploring the island, house with everything from a _properly_ equipped kitchen (so rare in holiday rentals) to genuinely comfortable beds (we're fussy about that); solar heating on the pool really works, esp. by the end of the day. What were the flaws? Hmmm … I'm struggling here … OK, the parking is a bit awkward? Other than that you'd struggle to do better!

Nicks house is beautiful. It has all the home comforts you could possibly need. Extreemly clean. Very welcoming on arrival with all the necessities to get you through the first day, bread, butter, milk etc and of course not forgetting the wine. We will definitely go back.

Having spent the previous week in a villa in the south of the island with all our family. We treated ourselves to a quieter week in an attempt to recover .We could not have chosen a better villa and location. The peace and tranquillity were second to none, and the villa had everything and more that we wanted. Situated in the hills with awe inspiring views, yet with in easy distance of much of the island that we wanted to visit. The only downside is that we had to leave. But rest assured we will be back.

We have just enjoyed a week's Easter break at this lovely villa in Nazaret. The view from the pool is fab and we enjoyed being able to relax poolside or in the very sheltered sunken terrace. Just perfect! The owners have taken care to ensure that everything you need is here so the villa really is like home from home. We found Nick and Liz to be great hosts and quick to respond to our queries. A hire car would be advisable so you can get out and explore - but chilling by the pool and admiring the view is very pleasant too! This villa is highly recommended :-)

This has been our third time in this beautiful villa – and again we enjoyed every single day! What we love most about Lanzarote is the ability to just calm down and relax from day one. And this villa with its spectacular view and all the comfort of a real home is the perfect location. Nazareth (respectively the entire North-West of the Island) is a bit off the beaten track, but still centrally located so that every area of the island is close by car. We really like this peaceful area – off the typical tourist locations like Playa Blanca, Costa Teguise or Puerto del Carmen (all still nearby). We are a family of four, with 2 kids (age 5 and 10). Every kid had an own bedroom, but what they of course loved the most is the pool! And the parents loved that the villa is equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. For example, the kitchen is really well equipped, and there is a great BBQ area. While we love the restaurants of Lanzarote, we still like to dine “at home” from time to time – and whatever you need doing so is there. One can tell that the owners live there a few months per year. Talking about restaurants: Lagomar is in walking distance (less than 5 minutes). Rather a museum at day, Lagomar is also a really good restaurant (and has a nice bar) at night. Definitely worth a try. Our other favorite restaurants are Cantina Teguise and El Risco in Famara. While this has been our third time at Lanzarote, the island still offers new things to explore. The entire family loves surfing (well, the 5 year old is starting to love it, or the first few exercises…), and Famara Beach – the perfect surfing spot in Europe - is just 10 minutes or so by car. Another favorite spot for our kids is Rancho Texas Park: a perfect mixture of a zoo and a small water park. We really enjoyed the shows (dolphins, see lions, and birds of prey). And of course Lanzarote offers a lot more tourist attractions. We will definitely be back! And can highly recommend the villa!

This is our second visit this year and the villa was just as excellent as the first time - clean, well equipped, quiet, comfortable, and the welcome package was much appreciated. As we write this we are booking our 3rd visit for 2018 as this is the best villa we have visited in the canaries in the many years we have been there.

This is a very nice villa in a spectacular location. The owners Nick & Liz have made the place very homely including a fabulous welcome pack. The views are amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Hopefully we will return again

We have been to Lanzarote for a number of years but this was our first time at Liz and Nick's Villa. It is a lovely Villa with fantastic views in what we believe is one of the best locations on the island if you want to explore by car. The Villa is very well appointed and we felt 'at home' during our stay. We have no hesitation in recommending this Villa and hope to be back soon ourselves. Kevin & Bron Cook

Having already stayed at the owners cottage in Cornwall we pretty much knew what to expect when we arrived and weren't left disappointed. Our 2 girls aged 10 and 12 were already begging to return and that was at the start of the holiday. There was plenty of space inside and out, the pool was great and everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed visiting Teguise a small town just up the road. It was a quiet and pretty town with good places to eat. On Sunday this town becomes very busy due to the huge market but does have plenty of spaces to park. The Museo Lagomar is just a few minutes walk up the road and highly recommend a visit unfortunately we didn't get chance to eat at the restaurant that was in a beautiful setting. We visited Costa Teguise several times for food and beach. It was the best of both worlds with a small bay for snorkelling and a short walk around the corner a beach to surfing /bodyboarding. Just outside this town was the Aquaparc which the girls loved. Unfortunately we couldn't visit National Parc as there was some sort of strike/dispute taking place. We would recommend you check trip advisor as this was not mentioned on the nationalparc website. Hopefully we will have a chance to visit next time. We stayed for a week wishing we'd stayed for 2 (or more!) Thank you once again !Nick and Liz for a fab villa and holiday.

We stayed at the beautifull house with 6 persons in spring 2017. We enjoyed our time here greatly. There are 3 roomy sleeping rooms with bathroom, 2 of them are really nice. The highlight of the villa is the sunny terrace with wonderfull views. The location of the villa is perfect. All sides of the island are in reach. We had some little trouble with the water supply, but the owner solved it no time. So great place to enjoy your holiday! We already reccomended the house to friends.

We had a wonderful week, the villa was clean, homely, and the views and pool were exceptional. Where the villa is positioned you need to have a car, we rented a car from Yubar who was recommended by the owners, we would highly recommend his service. Thank you to Nick & Liz for the wonderful welcome pack, so thoughful and greatly appreciated.

The property was excellent in every respect. Everything that we needed was available. Pool also great and lots of areas were available for sitting in the sun. The location was quiet with great views all around. The garden full of interesting cacti was also fab. Nick was attentive and even phoned to check we were all ok. Loved every minute of our holiday. Will come back soon.

This villa is everything it says it is and more. You feel at home the moment you walk in, it's really peaceful and you want for nothing.
